Victor went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and it’s employees like him who turn a quick stop for food into a memorable experience. Firehouse Subs is lucky to have him!
Highly recommend stopping by! Don’t forget to say hi to Victor if is behind the counter!
I loved The atmosphere of the restaurant and ambient music, great conversation between team members and guests , the aroma of the food as you walked in. Overall cleanliness of the building. Looks spectacular.
I was asked by the store manager Kimberly if I’ve been here before and I did tell her it was my second time and this time around things look much better than they were in the past great job to her and her team for creating this beautiful place to have a nice lunch , Great tasting food, definitely will be back.
Kim was exceptional at her job—very helpful, professional, and welcoming. Overall, a solid experience from start to finish. I would definitely recommend this location and will be coming back.
The sandwiches were a definite highlight. You could tell they were made with care—the presentation was perfect, and everything was put together so well. Most importantly, they tasted great! Every bite was flavorful, and the quality of the ingredients really stood out.
The only small hiccup was the absence of napkins in the bag, which was a bit inconvenient, but it’s a minor detail that didn’t take away from the overall experience. I’m sure it’s just an oversight that will improve as they settle in and perfect their service.
All in all, it was a fantastic visit, and I’ll definitely be coming back. For a brand-new location, they’re already doing so much right. Five stars from me—welcome to the neighborhood, Firehouse Subs!

I opted the customized option after selecting the sandwich (they had me at the melted Monterey Jack cheese), but had I known by deleting the ham and simply adding jalapeños, editing to lite tomatoes, extra crispy toasted bun, and pickle spear would leave off the melted cheese. I assumed since deleting off the ham they would replace it with more turkey. Not the case.
My order was underwhelming with little meat and don’t understand why the standard melted cheese would be left off though the standard mayo and mustard was still applied as I did no edit on these. The melted cheese is the main staple of this sub. Very disappointing!
Be careful when customizing in the app. The way it’s printed may confuse the sandwich maker or maybe they just dropped the ball on this one.
They also sponsored our fundraiser for the local animal shelter I volunteer at, WCRAS, so I’m a huge fan of them for doing that!
The sandwiches were hot and delicious! Will definitely return!
