We’ve been coming here for many years because the atmosphere was always very welcoming and the pizza always cooked to perfection however all that has changed. The staff is always rude, not once, not twice, but always rude now! The place is always very disorganized and dirty. The tables are sticky and when you tell them to wipe them down they give you a look and come off as rude as if it’s an inconvenience when it’s their job. I’ve seen many reviews where many complain about the same thing and nothing seems to get done. Please take these reviews seriously. If it wasn’t for the pizza, I don’t see how a place like this would still have customers with the terrible customer service.

Really good pizza. Usually just a 20 minute wait. Better for take out than dine in unless you are there to watch a game on the TV. There is also a small arcade area.

Really unhappy. Ordered two small pizzas and a chicken side. It came to $36 so thought that was probably about right. Waited 20 mins for it to be cooked but only one pizza showed up. Was told the guy didn’t ring up the first pizza. $36 for a small pizza and chicken side!!! The one pizza I did get was loaded with meat, but it was very very greasy, and the chicken was stodgy, bbq sauce was nice though.

Great Pizza, super long wait ( told 30 minutes and took 50 minutes), staff forgot my name on order…. One of the staff stood out though 🙂 she was making the pizzas and knew who ordered what, reassured me she remembered my order and it’ll be done shortly (immediately after hearing other staff ask my name again), as well as thank you and enjoy your evening on the way out. She is a prime example of an outstanding employee and a good person, the only reason I’ll be back there actually 🙂

I have lived in the Woodlake, Exeter area my entire life and this pizzeria continues to slide further and further down hill. I had a takeout order of a medium combination pizza and 2 salad bar salads for a grand total of $62 dollars. These prices are outrageous and their quality of service sucks. Not friendly and the tables are sticky and grimy and gross. The salad bar is empty half the time and usually warm not cold the way it should be. This business continues to raise their outrageous prices and have poor quality service. DO BETTER!!!
