Their subs are excellent. We went to our first in Denver this year and found this one here in Kalamazoo. I don’t know what they do different then other sub shops but they are very tasty. We’ll be back for sure.

Placed an order online. Went inside to pick up food and the young lady at the counter totally ignored me and did not even acknowledge that I was there. After waiting for almost 3 to 4 minutes I went to another lady working on the line and informed her I was there to pick up an online order and she had it ready for me with a smile.
The subs were very good but the salad we ordered was lettuce and tomatoes with no chicken or salami which was ordered.
Chili and Mac n cheese were also good.

Single best Italian sub I’ve ever eaten, and my new favorite food of all time. I will remember that sub in my dreams, utter perfection. The staff was goofy but fun, little lacking in customer service for some harder fellows that came through but no big deal. The atmosphere gave off a dingy firehouse vibe but I found it slightly off-putting in a way I can’t fully grasp. The price honestly felt cheap at 11.50 with tax for an 8 inch. At first it felt a bit pricey but then I bit into it. Just go try the subs, just do it, that’s my recommendation.

Employee’s hair found in my sub, so that’s disgusting and I lost my appetite. Also, the inside of this place is sad: two employees working, both anywhere from quietly angry to openly hostile; no music, no conversation. When I told them I had an online order they looked bewildered, like they’d never seen a human before. Probably won’t be going back.
