Missing multiple add-ons to my coffees. Paid $18 for the 2 of the $6 meal deal, and was missing the hashbrowns. Went to ask about my missing hashbrowns and coffee cold foam, was ignored. I worked at Starbucks so I understand being busy, but there was no need to be rude. I wish I could get my money back.

Love this Dunkin! Their food and donuts are always fresh, their drinks are always well balanced too. The staff is very polite and patient, no matter how many custom requests we make for our drinks 🙂

Very well placed and designed really well to and in such a tight spot. They keep it really clean all around including the bathrooms well at least the men’s bathroom I did not look into the ladies bathroom. The menu is clear and visible and the item’s are very fresh and they had a really good selection for early afternoon. The sandwiches are made really great and fresh tasting. The ladies working were very polite and very fast. The service is great and I would recommend this Dunkin above others in the area.

Maria and Christian and Christian are amazing and the customer service was unmatched.. the young man in the back made exactly what I ordered but an error on my behalf I foolishly had to reorder. And he remakde it with no problem and Maria comforted me the entire time I apologized

Stopped for a coffee and chocolate longjohn. Walked to grab napkins & noticed chocolate all over my bag. Pulled out the longjohn & chocolate leaking all over the counter & my hands. It was like watery chocolate came right off the whole longjohn. Couldn’t even walk back with it, so dropped it in the garbage slot built into the counter.
Walked over to tell the employees what happened, the problem with their chocolate & that I had to throw it away. The person who appeared to be manager just replied “yeah, when it’s humid, they send it out of the kitchen like that” no apology, no offer of refund. Would never recommend this location to anyone. Very, very poor customer service.

Went inside Dunkin’ the lady with a bun skinny lady took my order I had ordered a medium chai latte and a chai latte with oat milk and brown sugar she began to told me she didn’t have brown sugar. So I told her ok that’s fine instead I wanted a caramel ice coffe with 1 pump of mocha she gaved me the wrong drinks she put the pump of mocha and caramel in the chai latte and she gaved me a caramel latte I told her that she had done the coffe wrong gaved me a dirty face and said she was gonna remake the drinks I wanted 5 min and the only thing she did was take the stickers of and give me the drinks so I taste it and it wasn’t right and I went back and told her this wasn’t my order she got mad and began to tell the other lady how she had remade the drinks and blah blah and that I didn’t even know what I wanted that I had a blanket and I was all covered but worst day at dunkin that lady needs to get train more and fired if she doesn’t understand

I have tried to give this place a second chance, and a third, and a fourth, and I’m done with the customer service provided here. A woman who I believe to be the manager ( black short hair always in ponytail) , has been extremely rude in multiple occasions, examples include:
I ordered a coffee that wasn’t as sweet as I liked it, so I went to her and requested to add more caramel and i offered to pay for the extra, she went on to snatch it from my hand and then lecture me that if I wanted it sweet I have to make a selection to add more. Another time, I payed to have oat milk for my drink, she put skim, I am lactose intolerant, I brought it back some time later because I put it in the fridge for next days use. Despite it being their mistake, she said that I had to come in right away and since I hadn’t she will only be willing to fix THEIR MISTAKE this one time ( I literally still had the drink untouched), then just today I made an order that automatically included whip cream, I told her that, and showed her( it was the frozen toffee coffee) which automatically gave me whip cream without me personally selecting it. She went again to lecture me in the most condescending and unfriendly tone on how I need to personally select it. And when I tried to explain that it was already selected when I made the order she waved me off and walked away ignoring me. I have never been treated so poorly without cause. I’ve been nothing but polite to these workers and it’s to the point I’m considering going to a farther location , just for kinder service.
