Very nice Vietnamese/asian cuisine. Interlaken has lots of good Indian restaurants , but after trying Indian for few days we wanted to try something different and Bub Brothers didn’t disappoint. Located in a nice & quaint neighborhood. Food is very good depending on what you order. We tried noodle soup, noodles with tofu, chicken with rice. Drinks we ordered were nice as well. We did ask for Chilli on the side to add to our taste. Overall very nice food.

Great service with hot pho noodles soup for cold Switzerland winter. Like the casual cafe vibe that serves appetizers, fried rice and thinly sliced beef noodles soup with clean, rich tasting broth. Our child was not feeling great, made a mess and the staff were very helpful and understanding. They serve freshly made, hot coffee too! Thank you!

Amazing food, drinks, and service! We were really impressed. The dim sum was really good and the pork spring rolls were delicious, as well as the fried rice with chicken and beef. It’s clean in here and such a relaxing atmosphere. We loved it so much and felt compelled to leave a review!

A couple of the waitstaff seem a bit new to service but this is a new restaurant and I am sure that they will get the hang of it.
We got 4 dishes, all were pretty good.
Really enjoyed The TOFU and VIETNAMESE PICKLED CABBAGE in the Vermicelli noodles.
We will definitely go back to try some more dishes.

Found this cozy restaurant when visiting Interlaken. We ordered spicy pho and spring roll, the tastes was really good. The environment is clean and bright, I would definitely visit it again, highly recommend!

The Pho was so tasty and warm on a cold rainy day. The Bao buns take about 20’minutes to make so be prepared to wait, but the wait is worth it! Also they are big enough to either have alone as a meal or to share.
