He was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, helped me pick the perfect smoothie for my needs, and made it quickly and perfectly. First off, the manager here has litterally come out to threaten to have my friend tresspassed for “soliciting” when I ran into him on my way out of this store. We were litterally just on the sidewalk catching up. Dude continued threatening to have my friend tresspassed, even when I explained we were just having a normal question, and even when he wasn’t standing anywhere near the store.
Come here after the gym frequently. Good smoothies, good service, but managers and such will be really pushy and annoying about promotions and apps and stuff. This has been a thing for like, a couple years now.
People who work there have always seemed nice enough, but whenever some sort of manager is out front, or anyone that’s even acting like one, I just about turn around and walk out.

I mean the smoothie was good but I asked for no peanut butter and my smoothie and it was added anyway(the smoothie does not normally come with peanut butter in the first place) I mean it was still okay, just not what I wanted and something I feel like staff should be more careful of since if I had an allergy it could have been super serious.

I came in to pick up an online order. 3 people working. No customers except for me . Not one employee said high or if they could help me. All three went to the back room. 5 minutes and one finally came out to ask what I needed. My order had already been completed and was being refrigerated. Worlds worse customer service. I will not be back. Also will tell friends not to go there.

Just left 8/8/24 @ 2:11pm. The afternoon crew is usually who I run into. They all have a nice demeanor and my smoothie is normally done right. If you come in the evening, depending on who is there, your smoothie might taste different when you come on certain days.
