October 2025, I had 2 orders. Upon arriving I saw the manager at the register bagging orders and taking inside orders. He proceeded to take cash and handle food with no gloves or washing…red flag…then proceeded to take orders and dig into his left ear consistently and then dug up his nose. I was appalled and wondered why others waiting on their orders were not. I proceeded to ask for a refund and told him why. Two weeks later after my cash app did not receive a refund I went back and filed a police report with my receipt and refunded receipt. The Mechanicsville location is disgusting and steals from your card. Beware!!!

I do not recommend visiting this place or getting GrubHub from here. The wings are deceptively good but shortly 15 minutes after eating their wings I started vomiting for nearly half an hour. Absolutely miserable experience.
The celery included with the meal was brown and wilted like it has been left in the refrigerator for too long. There was zero chance of it being edible.
Despite this, somehow they managed to pull off decent mozzarella sticks. At least there is something worthy of one star.
I am suspicious that there are some serious health and sanitation issues present here. Please, spare yourself from a bad time heaving over the toilet and go find a more trustworthy chicken wing joint.

The food I received was old and overcooked. My carrots were black, cauliflower as well as the shrimp were brown. Rice was dry and absorbed the burnt flavor. I’m so upset that I didn’t see this before we left. Side note – everything else in the order was fine.

For one I DoorDash some food from this place I called up their to make sure they gave me my sauce they said that my order was ready but when I spoke with my dasher she said he was being stingy with the sauce and that he didn’t prepare it the way he told me he did . Not all America’s Best Wings are the same. This location is not good at all. They have consistently overcooked their wings and sometimes they are underseasoned. And the raising of their prices is not commensurate with the food quality. Its not woth it at all. I would not recommend this one at all.

I went here with my family for a late meal. We had a great experience. The wings and fries were delicious! We ordered Thai Cilli, hot hony, and 24 Karrot Gold. The chicken was nice and hot, the fries were nice and hot. The choices of seasonings for fries were plentiful! I got the seasoning salt, and we used old bay on the other fries. Great late night meal.

The wings were not etiabale. They were hard, dry, and tasteless. The cheeseburger was burnt, the roll was hard on the bottom and it was cold. The fries had no taste.
The bill was almost $35.00 for food that went in the trash! I would not recommend eating anything from this place.
