I ordered 3 birria tacos, and my expectations were met!! The tacos were made fresh, full of flavorful meat, and loaded with cheese, onions, and cilantro! The first bite sent me to heaven and back, I was not disappointed!! And the soup that came with it was also super flavorful and paired AMAZINGLY with the tacos!! It also came with a container of red onions, two lime slices, and two sauces to try, which I also liked a lot! I felt that I got exactly what I expected and paid for, and I will be ordering here again! Super underrated food truck!

I live close by, so I stop here on my way in or out sometimes. It’s definitely one of the few regulars I go to. They hand you a button and when it goes off, your food is ready. And it’s fast. The button is pretty cool because you can sit in your car and know when it’s ready. I have games on my infotainment, so I can just play one of those while I wait. I usually get the 3 tacos (chicken) and they put a big jalapeño pepper on the plate along with sliced cucumbers and some other vegetable. They even give you 2 different sauces in pouches, limes, and I think asparagus. All I know is I get a full plate and I’m satisfied everytime.

Living in San Diego but came home to visit and ate here. On the same level as SD and the service was great. The worker saw my niece was picky and put all the toppings on the side and separated without even asking. Would go again!

Look no further. Best birria tacos I’ve had in my life!!! Perfectly cooked brisket, tender and juicy. The consommé was the star of the show, wonderfully flavorful. Served with 2 types of salsa and I still don’t know which one was better!
