Hubbie and I had an excellent experience at this Subway! They actually put enough meat on the sandwiches, unlike some stores we’ve patronized. We got two 6-inch heated subs with turkey (different cheese and different toppings) and they were nice enough to charge us the cheaper price for a 12-inch sub since they were basically the same sandwich. The bread was SO FRESH and soft! We’ve visited some Subways that served stale bread. The two servers were excellent and very friendly. I highly recommend this Subway! I hope someone will compliment the servers for us. We were there on Sunday, January 18th around 1:30 pm. Kudos to the franchise owner for making great hiring choices and keeping the food up to high standards.

My wife and I stopped into this subway location around 4:20 pm on 12/30/25
There was only one person working.
A young female by herself taking online orders, tending to the drive thru and people like my self walk-in
She was very apologetic for our wait, but this was no fault of hers. She was busting her butt to get these orders made.
I don’t understand why a place like this would be open with only one employee. She was in there by herself if something was to happen she slip and fall or cut herself really bad or some deranged lunatic come in there and hurt her.
This place is right off 71 and ST RT 13 all kinds of people come off that freeway.
I thought it was against OSHA to work in a place by themselves.

If you place an order at this location, expect to be disappointed. On multiple occasions I’ve placed an order on the app and have had to wait for a excessive amount of time after receiving confirmation that my order was ready for pickup. Most recently I waited 20 minutes after receiving confirmation and the quality of my food was pitiful. I’m not sure if its poor management or being short staffed, but if I’m paying $10+ for a sandwich I expect something better!

I was given a sandwich made with moldy bread. In addition, the woman who may have been in charge was hostile. She went as far as to fling a pan. She continuously complained about how busy they were. She also complained about how she only had new employees working with her. I will not be going there again.

I have never been treated so bad in my life. She was disgusted right at the start that she had to make my food. I ordered honey mustard bbq sub and told her I wanted it exactly how it advertised. She put mayonnaise on it instead of honey mst and I said I never said mayonnaise and she ordered other girl to come wait on me then told me she could refuse me all together and I told her it’s your call and kicked me out! Subs was already made. Guess she wanted to eat them herself. Looks like she does that often.

We stopped at this subway on our way to Cleveland. The restaurant was very clean, and food was exactly as ordered and fresh! The employees were prompt and courteous. I would definitely stop here again.
