Another Taco Bell failure. Went thru the drive thru. Couldn’t see any nachos on the outdoor menu. Ordered Dorito Locos Taco, 5 Layer Beefy Burrito, and a crunchy taco supreme. When we got to the window, we asked if they had nachos because we didn’t see them and when confirmed we asked if it was too late to order. They said yes, we’d have to go back through the line. They handed us our food. As soon as we pulled away, I checked the bag receipt and saw they put the order in wrong. Instead of crunchy taco supreme they had a soft beef taco and a supreme Dorito Locos Taco. I dont understand why this is so hard. You’d think I’ve learn my lesson by now. Taco Bell has become the absolute worst. Every single visit, which is now maybe 4 times a year, because they’re so bad, our order is wrong. Ridiculous!

Last visit to this Taco Bell location. Scam at its highest with portion control. Taco Bell corporate….straighten your franchisee. This is what I got for $5+ with two shreds of cheese.

This place just has a weird vibe. Employees come off like they really don’t want to be there. I wouldn’t recommend this location. I ordered three taco supremes which are supposed to have a layer of sour cream. One little squirt in the middle. As you can see from my pictures. The shells have a soggy feel to them and and no crunch. Come on Taco Bell you can do better than this!

Employees are routinely unable to get my orders right, and when asked to fix them, act as though I’ve deeply insulted them and am a major inconvenience to their day.
I get that it’s busy, but if you don’t t have time to remake food, making it right the first time would solve the issue. This location used to be great, but something shifted 2-3 months ago, and everything has been worse since.
