Called at 7:01, ordered pizza by phone. Guy told me 20 minutes. I got there 9 minutes after the call, place was closed. It’s opened until 8:00. Says that on line, says on their door. All the lights were out, I course see people in the back. Wouldn’t open the door, so I called, guy answered the phone, said they were closed. That’s okay, they steal all my rewards and obviously use them for themselves. No more at this crappy location.

Ordered online for 4 o’clock pickup, arrived to find a crowd waiting and no idea when the pizza would be ready. Came back at 5 and was told it would be ready if I came back at 7:45. Was told to come back the next day to see the manager for a refund. Lots of angry customers waiting well over an hour for pizzas on Halloween.
Followup: I received a full refund the next day. Papa Murphy’s needs to figure out a way for its system to stop taking orders when the crew can’t keep up. The staff did their best but were put in a difficult situation.

During an inquiry regarding an order and the estimated time of delivery, several customers were verbally assaulted by employees. The employees used profanity and informed the customers that they were doing their utmost and should refrain from further inquiries. Remarkably, the manager failed to intervene even after the employee identified him as the manager and advised the customer to address any issues directly with him. This created a highly hostile environment. Our order was scheduled for pickup at 3:30 PM, but it was not received until 4:15 PM. The pizzas were prepared in a sloppy manner, but we were able to bring them to life with some additional cheese from our kitchen. This experience was extremely frustrating.

The food is always fresh and made with quality ingredients. I have never had an issue with getting exactly what I want. Where this location falls a little short for me is that the last 2 times I placed an order online and gave it a good amount of time before I went to pick it up, my order still wasn’t ready and they didn’t start making it until I got there which was a bit of a nuisance. The last time I ordered, my husband went in to pick it up and nobody said a word to him. Nobody greeted him, nobody asked if he was picking up an order or if he needed to place an order…nothing. And then when I finally went in and waited with him I asked the people if they knew what we were waiting for and they said they were making it now. I dont know how they knew who we were or which pizza we ordered because nobody said a word to us and I am not a regular at this location. It was weird to say the least. But as I mentioned, the food is always good which is why I choose to order here compared to other places.

Came in aat 7:40 for a pizza and they said they were not taking any orders as they close in 20 minutes, I would understand if they were busy.. but they were all 3 sitting there doing nothing, I was the only customer there. Why show youre open until 8 but then stand there not willing to help a customer that want to spend money? Also the girl at the counter just looked at me sideways and handled the whole situation terribly. Ill take my business elsewhere from now on.

I tried to order online and this location didn’t pop up. So I went in and asked to have deal they have listed online and they said it’s only for online orders. So I had to pay $16 for a medium instead of 11 for large or bogo.
