Ordered delivery like normally do but after 1.5 hours of waiting I called only to be told they were backed up and it would still be another 15 to 20 minutes. Even in a major city it has never taken that long for a pizza delivery at dinner time. Food not even warm. Smaller European pizzerias with one cook that does hand made pizzas never took this long either. Glad this will be the last time for Pizza Hut but with this kind of service they probably won’t be in business much longer. Too many other options that care about their customers.

I was placing the order online in the parking lot and when I got to the checkout it was like my service disappeared so I went inside and was starting to order it and then it pops back up on my phone she was already in the process of taking my order so I just pulled my phone up to show her what I’d ordered online and just had it paid for yet… Since she had already begun ringing me up I was just going to let her finish out my order instead of completing it on line however when I tap my card it was $10 more than it actually was online and I asked her why and she said well it cost more if you come in the store well if I had known that or have had she told me that beforehand I would have not tapped my card I would have completed my online order feel like it was a little bit rude and then the pizza was absolutely the worst piece I’ve ever had in my life I don’t know what kind of crust they used she didn’t ask me what kind of wanted online I had picked a certain one but that was the worst pizza I’ve ever had in my life and had to pay $10 extra!!!

This store has gone down hill the past dew years. Every time I order they get something wrong. I didn’t order for a year then finally ordered again. This time for the delivery was supposed to happen at 11:45. I called at 12:15 just for the person who answered to say the driver isn’t in and they don’t know when they’ll arrive. They have access to stop taking online orders and place items in out of stock status, they’ve done it before. I’ve also had other pizza hut call if they are out of something or delivery issues but this one doesn’t care about any of that.

This place is getting alot of bad marks. I grew up eating only Pizza Hut. I really liked it. I still do from other locations. The pizza is average for Pizza Hut. The people working there seem not really invested in doing a great job. I really want to see this place be great and it can be. Just need the employees to care enough to have pride in what they are doing.

I went to Pizza Hut Sunday and picked up a large pan pepperoni. The pizza was great. The staff was friendly and courteous. The interior and exterior was well kept. Ordering was easy and the order was ready very quick. I’m glad I made the stop.

Ordered 1 pizza only waited the 20 minutes until it said it was ready, waited 10 minutes in the drive thru no one came, so I went around and went inside and waited at least 10 more minutes and no one came and I’m not even sure anyone was there at all

I walked into this Haughton Pizza Hut on Elm Street and No customer service at all. I waited 10 minutes and a women came up to the register but didn’t acknowledge me. I will not come back here.
If there was a zero star I would have given a negative 10, this is ridiculously sad for business.
If you come to this Pizza Hut be ready for No customer service, a long wait time and unpleasant experience.

Walked in to pick up a order the employee acknowledged a customer but I had been sitting waiting for a few minutes. He still didn’t acknowledge me I even yelled out sir his co worker advised him I did so he still ignored me. So I called out sir a few more times he still ignored me to after 5 minutes of watching him walk back and forth he finally came to the front I asked are you ignoring me. He still didn’t appear to be in good spirit. I felt very disrespected and for what reason. This is very unacceptable just for him to say 30 minute wait. Why have an attitude. I do not appreciate it one bit. To the light skin black man that ignored me while I was trying to get your attention and being rude on top, I hope you read this and think about how you treated me and the rest of the customers that came in after me people CANCELED their orders because of your attitude so.
