I ordered on the Donatos app and it sends a door dash driver who delivers the pizza 40 mins past when it said on the Donatos app it would be delivered. It got delivered Ice cold and I got a different pizza then what was ordered

Best customer service in all of food service. I called to ored and wasn’t sure on what I wanted. The man over the phone told me to take my time to think. He stayed on the phone with me for 5.45 hours, explaining in Great detail every item on the menu. He had me clothes my eyes first. He then hypnotized me and I suddenly thought that I was at a 5 star Michelin restaurant with the most gorgeous man alive. I could talk all day about this experience but I’ll cut to the chase. I ordered a large pepperoni with 3 large orders of breadsticks with extra cheese, for a total of 8 cheese cups. Cheese runs through my veins. Anyways, it was splendid. The young man made me feel amazing, to say the least. I was back the next day, 4 hours before opening. Thats when I realized that I may have a problem. Donates got me all hot and bothered. So I headed back to my mother’s basement and made a order for delivery. Then we all lived happily ever after. The End.

I quit ordering from here a couple of years ago when they could not handle scheduled delivery, even when I ordered several hours in advance. Sometimes I would find out they didn’t even see the order and hadn’t even started. I have now ordered three times over a course of 6 months and the service has greatly improved. Food arrives very close to the scheduled time and food quality has been very good. I can now recommend this location.

Order a 14 inch pizza and received a 12 inch
Place order in advance so it would not be late but it was late by 50 minutes.
Pizza was cold when arrived. Little to no sauce on the pizza.
Bread sticks were not fresh and burnt.
This unacceptable! I want a refund or remake these two items for me.
Only good thing that came out of this order was the boneless wings. Since it is a pizza joint, it should serve better quality pizza than wings.

I tried going here for lunch and they were closed with no sign on the door. I used to be a regular, but last time I ate here they didn’t give me my pizza until I had to get back to work, a whole 25 minutes after I ordered. I thought I’d try them again today but they were closed. Hopefully not forever. Donatos pizza tastes much better than Blazé, they’re just bad at dine-in service.

I’ll lead with their pizzas are always good and the staff has always been great during at least 10 visits for pick or delivery. We ordered two large pizzas and 12 wings last night. I wake up this morning after not seeing the wings.
The reviews won’t let me post a photo for some reason but THREE “wings” were smaller than the length of a standard pen. After years in food service I’m not naieve enough to think they aren’t frozen wings from a bag. However, this is how companies lose loyal customers. I don’t know how whoever was working the fryer on July 3rd thought, “Eh, send it out. Whatever,.” was a good idea but that decision was noticed.
The best advice I have is to check your food when you get it. This is not a cheap pizza chain. Don’t let them shake money out of your pockets and accept it.

They gave us the completely wrong pizza. Then upon calling them they say they can’t do refunds. What kind of business is unable to give a refund. They gave us a 4 dollar credit, so we have to do business with them again if we want our money back. Too bad I couldn’t give 0 stars. The pizza was also under cooked and tasted terrible. This place does not care about you, please go elsewhere.
