Best thin-crust pizza in New Lenox! The Italian beef and Chub are also great. The staff is always respectful and friendly. We’ve been ordering from here for a long time and have never had a bad experience. Huge credit to the manager for building such a great team and running such a well-operated local business.

My family has been ordering from Pizza Mia for YEARS and this was the worst experience I’ve ever had. We placed our order online and then when our order came in, we were missing an item. I called the store and the girl said they ran out of Alfredo sauce and offered something else. We said Mostaccioli and she said no they ran out of counters for pasta that’s why they couldn’t make the order. And then I asked if they called and they said it went straight to voicemail (I have no missed calls). I then asked why they didn’t leave a voicemail and she said it was because they were in a rush. All of that is completely understandable, but the customer service she gave was horrible. I’m sorry, but how do you not call someone and wait for their order to be delivered. On top of that, I asked for a refund and she said that we weren’t charged for it but it’s showing the same price on our bank account.

Good things first: they are generous – almost absurdly – with their toppings. The crust is delicious and they are quick and accurate with their orders.
For me, though, the sauce was a miss: utterly flavorless. If you don’t mind bland sauce, this will be perfect. However, I like spices and flavors so I had to add a bunch of hot sauce to my pizza.

We had some people over for Halloween, and we ordered 5 pies for our guests for pickup. I knew they would be slammed, so I purposely showed up 10 mins after the time I was told. When I showed up, I still had to wait a little longer. No worries, went next door to the Gaming & Wine bar place for a drink.
Grabbed my order and took it home. Noticed there was a small mistake. They gave us another cheese pizza instead of a sausage pizza. Totally understandable considering how busy they were! And since we weren’t short a pizza, we had plenty to feed people with. Didn’t bother to call, because they were so busy… figured I’d reach out the next day.
Well, not long after we had everything setup for our guests… Maybe 10-15 minutes after I got home, a delivery driver showed up with the Sausage Pizza! I was blown away! Amazing customer service! Thank you Pizza Mia! As a New Lenox resident you are #1 in our book! <3

So good! The sauce is great, crispy crust (love their sausage topping also). Even the appetizers, beef pockets, etc. are all phenomenal. Can’t go wrong with any choice from pizza mia.

What happened to this location? they tell you 40 minutes for your order and then make you wait an extra 45 minutes once in the store. Please be more courteous to peoples time, 10 minutes extra is one thing but double the amount of time quoted on the phone is another.

Ordered the chub. Pizza had a TERRIBLY SAD amount of beef. Overdone pizza stuck to the cardboard. Ordered delivery. Driver forgot an item I paid for and said he would go back to the store for it and bring it to me. The driver never returned with my item even after I gave him a $7 dollar tip for driving one mile away. Delivery driver was a middle aged guy driving a pick up truck. Delivery driver gets a 0/10.

This place was recommended to me by my sister in law. Not sure how their regular pizza is, but if its half as good as the CHUB it’s gotta be good! I look forward to going back and trying the pizza.

I’ll admit, we didn’t try the pizza. However, on recommendation, we did try the fried chicken dinner, and we were not disappointed. The chicken was crispy and flavorful. The coleslaw was everything one should be. The potatoes were seasoned and not greasy and xl. They were cooked to perfection. We also ordered a meatball sandwich and it was packaged so nicely!! The paper was not stuck to the cheese! The cold items were bagged separately from the hot and it was hot by the time I got it home. The staff was friendly and courteous. The store front was clean.
