Jindu Asian Cuisine is a welcoming and well-run restaurant with a pleasant atmosphere and genuinely attentive service that makes the dining experience enjoyable from start to finish. The space has a nice energy and the staff are friendly and responsive throughout. The food is where there’s room to grow — decent Asian dishes but lacking the bold, distinctive flavors that would truly set Jindu apart. With more depth and authenticity in the cooking to match the quality of the service and atmosphere, this place could be really special.

In summary: overpriced, lack of personality, exploits the area.
In detail: the food has no authenticity or the depth of flavor. Service is chaotic, with multiple waiters for the tables. We dine in for four, two cocktails before food. Both the appetizers and the main dishes came with different times, so half of the table has food, the other half waited for ~10 more minutes. The sushi is mediocre at best. They rely on gimmicks such as liquid nitrogen tricks which adds absolutely nothing to the experience. All would have been fine if this was small, casual spot for average Asian food. Overall the cost is not justified by the quality of food or service. Probably exploits the area, puts presentation over substance.
Good side: the fish is very fresh whether sashimi or tataki. But even there, the cuts are amateurish.

We had a party for my mom in their private room. There was plenty of room for more than the 10 people we had. The food was excellent. The scallion pancakes were hot and crispy. Most importantly the service from the staff was warm and welcoming.

Honestly, they’re cutting corners and it’s rapidly becoming transparent. Greedy, inconsistent and increasingly lazy.
The Crab Rangoons are the type of rich where eating one can make you feel sick. I don’t know what type of thickener they’re using but it doesn’t taste right. I had to toss my order in the trash because it was inedible. The filling is as toxic as eating corn starch raw.
The Sushi isn’t fresh. Don’t be fooled by the pictures. The seaweed salad tasted like a swamp with extra slimy texture. If I were to accurately match the quality with price – I’d say a maki roll or sashimi should be $4.00. That’s how rotten it tastes. Sushi should have a satisfying, fresh taste. You’re not going to get it from here. They think customers won’t notice a difference by being cheap with the handling….but they’ll see by the lack of customers over time.
They put way too much corn starch in everything including soups where it just feels like slop.
The prices are astronomical. There’s a reason why it’s getting less business now. Lunch specials increased in price and now they’re gone all together.
Jindu, greed is the root of evil and you have lost quite a few customers. It will continue if you keep doing the least.

The atmosphere and service is very good. Ordered the lunch special and maki. Average taste and the maki tasted pre-made. The prices are very high for the quality of food. Decent but there are other places that have fresh ingredients and provide more value for your money.

Absolutely LOVE Jindu! Going there is like going “home”. We are always greeted at the door with a warm welcome from the manager, Stephanie! She goes out of her way each and every time to make sure every visit to Jindu is exceptional in every way. Thank you, Stephanie, for all of your hard work! The food is reliably delicious and fresh…always! The dining room has a very comfortable atmosphere but our favorite spot is to sit at the bar where Danny, mixes a truly perfect Mai Tai. He’s always there with a smile, a good story and an ear to listen to whatever you have to share! If you haven’t been to Jindhu yet run…don’t walk! :). It’s amazing.

Atmosphere of place is really nice. There is a big aquarium that kids took their time to watch the fishes. Food is ok and standard. Menu has a lot of Sushi which is not bad. I ordered beef and broccoli which was delicious. Service is a little bit slow due to the big place. Prices were a bit higher as well. But you can get nice time with your family and friends on weekends. Has a big parking place.

What a great experience. I came here with my sister and sat at the sushi bar. Everyone was so kind, their energy & happiness was contagious. We got their Tokyo Mai Thai which was vodka instead of rum and my favorite mai thai i’ve ever had. For appetizers: we ordered scallion pancake and crab rangoons, fantastic! For dinner, we ordered two sushi rolls and salt & pepper shrimp. Everything was amazing.

Wonderful Wayland location for amazing sushi and other Asian dishes. The service was quite good and the facilities well maintained. The Chilean Sea Bass was quite nice and the Naruto was simply amazing. I can happily recommend Jindu Asian Cuisine and will be visiting this restaurant again soon.
