Ordered “The Boss” online and sub was ready when I arrived. When I arrived at home and began eating I found the sandwich(meatball and pepperoni)to be completely dry and some of the meatballs too dried out to eat. They literally crunched when I bit into them. Called the first number on the receipt and the automated system hung up on me. Called the phone number for the store that was printed on the receipt and was met with a disconnected service message. Finally looked the number for the store up on Google and got a voicemail. Guess we will see where it goes from here.

Made a mobile order and the app said it was ready by the time I arrived. Walked in and saw two workers making sandwiches for 2 families. Saw my order wasn’t in the pick up area so after 10 mins I asked if it was ready for pick up and they said they hadn’t started on it yet. Neither of them could focus on a mobile pick up apparently and I was stuck waiting an extra 20 mins before they started on my order just to tell me they only had 6 in of the bread left of the footlong order. I got my order after 30 mins inside the store. One of them did apologize at least for the wait.

It’s a blast! They send you a code via email, for a buy one get one free footlong, and when you get to the payment method it will fail. We tried 3 different cards and were given the same response for each. Called the store, and they said they’re was nothing they could do about it as it was a online deal only. Hilarious waste of time. The deal is a scam. If the store had a mind for costumer service they would have honored it. Don’t waste your time with this one. It’s about a 45 second long pause after each click.

I recommend avoiding this location. If you order online and the employees can’t properly make your order they flat out refuse to refund your order. They only refer you to cancel it yourself which isn’t possible. I’ve worked at many food locations that take online orders in the past and all of them were more than happy to cancel orders for customers when there is legitimate reason to.
The nameless female employee who I unfortunately got to deal with in person refused to give me her name only indicating her manager as “Brandy” who was absent this particular day and says Brandy already knows they give out bad customer service and that they refuse to answer phones after contacting customers over issues creating food for online orders.
Subway either needs to train the employees at this location how to cancel orders or stop taking prepayment for online orders all together.

My husband and I love coming here to get sandwiches. But tonight, October 28, 2023 around 7 or so we came in and was not greeted, how are you. The man behind the counter was upset, throwing pans on the floor. Very unprofessional and wasn’t friendly. I tried to get a soda and their machine wasn’t working very well. Seemed like the CO2 was out in several drinks. We might come back, I don’t want him to wait on us again.

I came in there to pickup some sandwich’s when I walked in the chairs and tables were all a mess and the place needed to be cleaned. When I placed more order nothing but attitude from the employee working they were making my sandwich and barely were putting ingredients when I asked for more they sighed and barely but more will never come back.

Ordered online for pickup. We got there and they didn’t know anything about our order. Then they asked if we ordered from another store. No. So the lady went to cash register and put our order number in and low and behold our receipt printed out.
We get home 20 minutes later and there is no cheese on my sandwich and no onions. My husband ordered sweet onion sauce and onions only it was dry. No onions, no sauce.
We hadn’t been there in 2 years because the employees wouldn’t wash their hands. Well, we will never be back again.
This place should be closed down.
