My handicapped mother had a terrible experience at this location today. I’m assisting her with sharing her experience. She placed an order for pickup.

Upon arriving at the location, she followed the large signs to the “Drive thru.” After some tight turns she arrives at the window that is clearly non operational. She proceeds to attempt to drive forward around the building to exit — but there was a vehicle parked IN the lane and she had no choice but to back up around tight curves and poles and curbs. This took her 15 minutes. If anyone had attempted to drive through that drive thru – they would have hit her. Due to her disability she could not get out of her car and walk around the building to get help 🙁

She called the location while in the drive thru predicament and there was no answer. She was attempting to find someone in the store to move their car.

After finally making her way out of the “drive thru” lane (that is marked as such) , she enters the building with her walking assistance device, gets her order, and then shares her experience with the 2 women employees.

She was told, “we haven’t ever had a drive thru.” Apparently there were signs that said no drive thru? But the woman stated , “The signs have been stolen or vandalized twice.” The employees were angry in their tone , defensive , and non apologetic.

Come on Subway , we can do better with our elderly handicapped. This is a senior community and I would speculate a large number of orders are from elderly community members.

Customer service is horrible. The workers there have zero customer service skills, are very hot headed, and extremely disrespectful. There are a couple that are level headed but more disrespectful and ratchet behaved ones than not which makes the place really unprofessional; which is a shame. I even had to call the police once because one of the workers wanted to fight me over à sandwich . My mistake because after that incident I shouldn’t have given them another chance. SMH, all I can say is : “if you don’t have a lot of grace and patience you may want to eat elsewhere.”

The two women complained LOUDLY about how miserable they were both feeling. No customer interaction at all. I got indigestion before I even ate. I almost walked out but didn’t want to waste what had been done to my sandwich.
Won’t go back I know that.

Visited on October 18th 2025. Ordered a footlongBMT on italian herbs and cheese bread. The sandwich tech was rude and obnoxious. He was fixing the sub putting the meat on the bread. He dropped a piece of ham on the counter and threw it on the sub. Once you drop the meat or whatever it may be on the counter it should be thrown in the trash. How nasty is that to put that on someone sub. I told him I didn’t want it. He told me I was wasting ham. How rude to tell a paying customer. Then he proceeded to refix the sub. Took the bread out the oven and sit it right down on the counter on top of the screws. Walk out don’t want him to fix me anything else. Young man you are obviously not the sharpest tool in the shed. WITHOUT CUSTOMERS THERE WOULD BE NO SUBWAY. THE CUSTOMERS ARE THE ONE’S PAYING YOUR SALARY. BE CAREFUL HOW YOU TREAT THE CUSTOMERS. AND BE RESPECTFUL WHAT YOU SAY TO THE CUSTOMERS. YOU MAKING SUBWAY LOSE BUSINESS. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. SUBWAY BE CAREFUL WHO YOU HIRE. WON’T BE COMING BACK.

One of the employees is always complaining out loud I. Front of the customers every time I come in here. They have great subs but it would make it more pleasant if they would wait until customers weren’t around

I had just got off the highway from driving from Florida to Virginia to visit my Momma who lives in Virginia and nothing was open so I could get a hot meal before going to sleep that night. Subway was open my sandwich was made with FRESH INGREDIENTS and wad DELICIOUS! I will be back again.

The lady working this morning was so rude. I went in to let her know that I had 2 payments come out of my account and both orders were voided. She freaked out cussing and acting so foolish that I felt bad for the older lady working as well as the customer that was in line.

Some Employees were/are extremely rude and seem mad that they have to do their jobs, often making rude remarks about customers and their choices in front of them. A few of the staff are nice but a few are extremely rude and almost make people not want to go back. Subway really needs to think about who they hire.

Employee folded my foot long flatbread the wrong way so it was less than 8 inches and he only put 3 thin slices of ham. That new metal cover ensures that we can’t see if our sandwiches are made properly anymore. And they rang us up while adding the veggies so I didn’t see it then either. Waste of money.
