I went through the drive thru to order some food for my family and the entire time I was ordering the worker was cutting me off asking “anything else?” But with an impatient attitude. As I was about to say the last meal for my order she cut me off saying the total and didn’t answer after that. As I stayed at the speaker saying I wasn’t done ordering. I then was answered with a different worker who was saying they couldn’t hear me so I said I will just pull around. Once I got up I added on what I tried to order before and then afterwords they forgot my frosty and 2 fries in my order. I also had to say that I was missing 4 other drinks which they weren’t even the right ones after I was given them. I wasn’t given a receipt either to confirm my purchases. When I went in to get my missing items, the person on front counter was thankfully apologetic and helped in making sure I received them.
This experience has made me view this place negatively and although I was in the end able to receive the items- the overall experience was not worth the wait. I hope this problem doesn’t happen in the future or to anyone else.

Will not be back. The lady named Shelby working the window, very unprofessional, very rude, and has a horrible attitude. She was very rude over the intercom, and bc of this she got my order wrong and I ended up having to order again and spend double the money. Had she been normal without the attitude rushing me to order when I had been there for not even 45 seconds maybe a minute she would have got my order right. Very unprofessional, and gives wendys a bad name. Id be ashamed to act like that and even more ashamed to employ someone like that.

Nothing better than riding through the country. You ever hear of a place called Beaver Damn. The countriest thing I ever heard.
I stopped into Wendys for the 2 for 3$ breakfast special. Solid deal, not the best location Wendys needs updates, especially in the bathroom but fine establishment nonetheless.
I got a sausage biscuit and egg and cheese biscuit. Then turned my sandwich into a whole meal with some jelly.

Moving here from California I’ve grown up with Wendy’s. This one is always done well with the quality of the food here. But the service leaves something to be desired. Most times when I come in I’m greeted with “for here to go” instead of “welcome to Wendy’s” or ” how are you today?”. It’s not the worst thing that can happen but it is one of my pet peeves. Good customer service starts with a friendly greeting. Would recommend stop by and eat, but don’t hold your breath for friendly service.

Got a bunch of food waited in the drive through for 15. Had to go back through forgot a burger. Lady taking orders got an attitude because we didn’t have a burger. We did not receive a receipt either. Would not recommend due to waiting for 25 min total and go through the drive through twice.

Staff was so wonderful. The food was excellent and we do go to Wendy’s at lots of locations. Hubby said the chilli was excellent.

All food cold chicken still frozen. The manager was very nice. Servers took food back and set it on the rack to resell gross. Manager did correct. Training is greatly needed.
