Good food, good service, nice atmosphere. Something different than junk food at regular truck stop. Ordered goat stew, corne asada fajita and shrimp casadilla loved it all. Who ever complaints about the price, go get your self a happy meal at McD’s or eat your tuna sandwich.

Reviews on yelp lead me astray 24$ later of disappointment. My husband and I were going to share the large nachos and I ordered the taco salad for my self. What we were not expecting was the lack of flavor and the time it took for subpar nachos . We didn’t even take more than a couple bites of the nachos. My chicken in my taco salad was very bland . The food cart next door had way better food for a third of the price .

This is a unique dining experience. It has the affordability of a food truck with an indoor dining experience. The food is hot, fresh, and tasteful.

The only Mexican food in town I could find with a vegan option (the veggie burrito), though I still had to opt out of cheese. Their red hot sauce tastes unique and I liked it.

The food is so-so, but the main issue is they barely give you any meat at all. I got the brisket taco salad and an al pastor taco…there was about two to three ounces of meat total. It just wasn’t enough protein for a meal for me and I had to supplement with a protein shake I made in my truck. There’s also a bit of a long wait with only a few customers in the place.

Took a quick break at this truck-stop and got myself some taco alpastor. It was delicious!

I got 2 Quesabirrias and the DUI fries to go. Very tasty but I didn’t get my “dipping juice” for the birrias. That’s why I gave them 4 out of 5.

Stumbled upon this crazy little spot at Jerome Mr. Gas, and boy, oh boy, was it a fiesta for the senses! Rosti Xpress is this hidden gem whipping up some homemade Mexican magic that’s out of this world. Walking in, the smell of fajitas sizzling away had me drooling! The fajitas? Absolute winners! Imagine juicy chicken, colorful peppers, onions, and these wild marinated mushrooms, all mingling together like a flavor party. And they serve it up with this cheesy, beany goodness, fluffy rice, fresh lettuce, zingy pico de gallo, and some hot sauce that kicks you right in the tastebuds—in a good way!But let’s taco ’bout the real MVPs: the homemade tortillas. These bad boys are like fluffy clouds of yum that hug your fajita fillings in just the right way. They’re so good, they could totally rock the show solo! The crew at Rosti Xpress? Super chill and friendly, making you feel like you’re at a buddy’s house rather than a truck stop food joint. All in all, if you’re cruising through Jerome, hit up Rosti Xpress at Mr. Gas for a taste bud party you won’t forget. It’s more than just a meal; it’s a whole vibe!
