Excellent Italian pastry shop. The sfogliatelle are wonderful but are only available on weekends. One of the best cannoli’s in New England. They purchased Zonin’s Italian Deli and have fantastic hot and sweet sausage. Expect lines…it gets busy. Worth the wait.

Went in on a weekday morning after hearing a few good things from friends. The place felt cozy and relaxed, not overly fancy but clean and welcoming. I tried a couple pastries and a coffee. The croissant was flaky and fresh, maybe could’ve been a little warmer, but still good. Coffee was solid and didn’t taste burnt, which I appreciate. Staff was friendly enough and didn’t rush anyone even though there was a small line. Prices felt reasonable for the quality. Overall, a nice local bakery I’d come back to when I’m in the area again.

This place has been my favorite pastry and Italian specialty shop for so many years! The pastries, the cakes, oh yes the Italian Rum Cake is a fan favorite. Service is friendly and attention to detail is given to your order. Atmosphere is a little loud as the small seating area is in the middle of the entry way of the shop. Overall delicious doesn’t begin to describe the pastries and cakes and coffee and other deli options.

This place has been around forever and is a local gem. I haven’t really had the savory food, just the pastries and coffee and yum! Sad when they closed Northampton branch but actually Springfield location is a great more authentic atmosphere. you can tell by all the old Italian guys who go for coffee etc.

Im so disappointed. Its my birthday and we went to this bakery to get a variety of sweet treats and give them a little ranking. They look beautiful and the shop was cute so my hopes were high but by the time I got home and actually tried them I am so sad. We got carrot cake, cheese cake with strawberries on it, a coffee mouse cup, canoli cake and a chocolate cake layered with cheesecake as well as accouple cannolis. The cannolis were the only thing my boyfriend would eat because all the other treats were just a let down. I’d give them all a maybe a 3/10 with a heavy heart. We spent total like $33. The sales girl didnt really want to talk too either and when I inquired what one of the cakes were it a quick one word answer not a recommendation or opinion just a response and blank look.

We were recommended to use La Fiorentina Pastry Shop from our Venue. To say we are thankful is an understatement. From start to finish Mauro was professional and such a delight! We brought our baby with us to the initial meeting and Mauro instantly provided our son with a happy little treat.
Mauro asked me all of the important questions regarding the wedding cake from the design, colors, flavors, and etc. It was very easy to finalize everything with him leading up the wedding day.
We received MANY compliments about the cake design and the taste! I even had one friend tell me how much she loves La Fiorentina and that she used to go there a lot when she lived in Springfield. So she was thrilled to know we used this bakery.
The cake was so DELICIOUS and BEAUTIFUL! If you are looking for a kind, family owned, and professional bakery for any of your events. I highly recommend this bakery and we will be using them for our future big events.
