I ordered my usual pizza which I do roughly once a week. I took my first bite and as I chewed something wasn’t right, I pulled out a 4.5” piece of plastic from my mouth. I called the store to let them know and the guy who answered said “uh okay.” I didn’t feel like this was an appropriate response to the situation so I said “okay, that wasn’t what I expected to hear, do you have a manager I can speak with” he said “she has at least two pizzas to make before she could talk to me” I just said thank you and hung up. WOW, blown away by the way they handled that.

Ordered pizza on phone and asked to pick it up at 4:30. Showed up at 4:20, they verified my order and said it was in the oven and it would be 15-20 minutes. Fair enough. 30, 40 minutes go by and no pizza. Went to cashier and asked about when it would be ready. He said they would have to make it and it would be another hour. No sorry or can we offer you a free pizza for your trouble. They asked for payment for the unmade pizza. I told them I was not waiting another hour and didn’t want a pizza. Never going back to this location. On top of everything else the lobby area and counter cooling area was very dirty.

Very friendly staff, and clean place. They have some great gluten free options, and prices are very reasonable. Food is above average, certainly good enough to return again and again. I’d highly recommend if you’re looking for something quick and decent, with excellent customer service.

Fresh! I’m here working as an out of towner. Called ahead and ordered their garden pizza. 15 minutes and I was eating. Good job guys. Ordered around 7PM. They had it ready fast.

We always enjoy the pizza here. Close to our home and easy. It is not the worlds greatest pie but our family enjoys it. Huge improvement over little Caesar’s.

The manager doesn’t care about loyalty. First of all, we love Marco’s Pizza, so I will give an extra star. We were excited for a location closer to us. We have driven to the Mallory Lane location repeatedly for pick-up pizza. The day Fieldstone Farms opened, I called and spoke to a very nice young lady who told me that even though we were JUST outside of the delivery zone, they would deliver to me for a small extra charge, as long as we understood there would be a delay. This past Friday night, I called, told the young man about this conversation. He said “No problem! Also, there won’t be an extra charge. Let me take your information and pizza order.” I was grateful, and we placed our order. He said, “Now hang on while I get my manager to override the delivery lockout.” He came back on the line, and told me that his manager refused. “He said, it’s a Friday, and we won’t deliver to that area.” That should have been the FIRST thing that was told me when I called the day it opened. I will patronize the Mallory Lane location, and maybe they can find a new manager at Fieldstone.

My boyfriend and I ordered from the Marco’s in Bellevue this past weekend and it was so good that my best friend and I ordered this evening. We’re currently in the throws of finals season and wanted something quick, easy, and cheap and Marcos has provided all 3. However, the times do need to be updated on Google. We originally called the location in Bellevue to order and they stated they were closing. We assumed maybe this was due to understaffing or another issue as it did not match the times on Google. We then called the location in Fieldstone Farms and they stated the same. However, the person who took our order stayed open an extra 15 minutes for us to come get our pizza. And when we arrived they were super friendly just as if we had ordered during “normal” business hours. I wish I could find their name on my receipt, all I found is Order Taker: 3845 Jer. Im not sure if yall can decipher who that is but they deserve a raise or some sort of recognition because they were awesome!

Not recommended.
We ordered a contactless delivery and the delivery driver arrived to our front door without a mask and wanted us to sign his phone. I called after the delivery to ensure the tip was included and they said “ you tipped” . We I checked the credit card charges the next day and realized the driver added his own tip without our consent!
He simply could have asked if we would like to add a tip at the time of delivery, this would have never been an issue.
First and last order I will ever place with Marco’s. Not recommended
