Been wanting to go here for a while. Tried the standard butter and salt pretzel with beer cheese and it was great. We had a mocha coffee on ice also that was very good. Also tried a flight gluten free options which were really good. Can’t wait to go back and try all the other pretzels with toppings now! Garlic parm or pizza next.

We tried their Pepperoni Pizza, Garlic Parmesan and Butter Knot while there. The pretzels were really soft but still had a nice chew to them. Both the Pizza and Garlic parm variants were amazing too. My personal favorite being the garlic parm while my boyfriend really loved the pizza one. I can’t wait to visit again so I can get another pretzel!

Amazing new find in downtown Mesa! Even though we walked in 15 minutes before closing, the staff was friendly and truly made us feel like we were welcome. The pretzels were fresh and hot and the dipping sauces were spot on! The owner chatted with us and it is obvious that she puts her whole heart into this little shop. We learned that they also do large, group orders that would be perfect for company training events or just a day to treat your staff to some yumminess. We also ordered some frozen pretzels to enjoy at home with easy to follow baking instructions.

Trendy place in Downtown Mesa offers freshly, made to order food and unique beverage selections. The pretzel brat is made by a local vendor and is deliciousy moist, rich in flavor, and tastes great with the beer cheese. Great selection of pretzels and cheese. The strawberries and cream with Dr Pepper beverage is very refreshing. However, you can substitute your choice of available soda flavors and make it your own special flavor. The owners are super friendly, down to earth people, and the staff is upbeat and welcoming. It’s always a treat to stop in and order food. Parking directly in front of the business may be challenging depending on the time of day. Catering is also available.

My mother and I had heard so much about this place on social media that when we were at the Gilbert Famers Market one Saturday morning, we had to check it out. We were both hungry and cinnamon sugar lovers so we decided to order the cinnamon sugar pretzel. The woman taking our order was super friendly and helped us when the card reader wouldn’t read my mom’s chip in her card.

We sat down at a table and dug into the pretzel. It was delicious, to say the least. It was thoroughly coated in sugar, but our only gripe was that we wished there was more cinnamon. Even though the entire pretzel was packed in sugar and cinnamon (and not much of it was falling off either), it looked like there were more white sugar particles than cinnamon particles. But oh well, it was still hot, incredibly soft, and packed with flavor. It was gone within a minute or two haha!

Now, I want to try their other flavors and try out their cheese dipping sauce when I try a savory pretzel option.

Was a great experience! The owners were there and extremely friendly. Everything was cooked fresh and made to order plus it tasted fantastic. Everything we tried tasted great! The classic butter and salt was a favorite with the group but the jalapeno and cheese was an extremely close second! Absolutely recommend to get your pretzel fix!

An absolutely fantastic place to get the pretzel your mouth has been watering for! Came here to celebrate a birthday. Got the pretzel brat and an order of gluten free friendly sweet bites with the sweet cream cheese. The brat was outstanding with the stone ground mustard. And those gf bites were the best I’ve ever had! Went down the street to play some arcade games and then returned because of course a butter pretzel was needed to top off the day! So soft and buttery! Such a great vibe here, too.

Kids ate the food up before I could snag shots of it. Absolutely delicious pretzel dishes. Loved every single type that we got. We ordered a standard salt and butter pretzel, the Nutella Bombs (two per order), the Apple and granola pretzel, and a chocolate twist. All pretzels were hot when delivered to our table. They have a nice couch area and tables plus seating outside if that’s more your style. Chad, one of the owners, came out to talk with us. I am looking forward to their expansion and some more great times there.

Such a great find. Originally went for a Pretzel making class and had a great time. The Pretzels are light and airy. I am more use to the east coast pretzels so it was a nice surprise. So many toppings to choose from and the owners have a great story. Definitely worth a drop in for something a little different!!!

We stumbled on The Salted Knot while walking around downtown Mesa this morning. The pretzels were amazing and made for a perfect snack (I got the bacon & cheddar pretzel and my wife went with the classic butter & salt, and we both got beer cheese), and there are a ton of customizations that can be made. We also got specialty drinks, and the Piña Colada was awesome (my wife got the blue one whose name escapes us, but it was equally stellar).

The staff was super friendly, and we ended up chatting with Maria, the owner, a bit. She curated the music playlist there too, and I was hooked immediately (where else can you hear Superdrag in the wild?).

My wife and I are fans for life now. They make amazing food, have a ton of selections, and the ambience is really cool. I’d give this place six stars if it was an option.
