I have a bone to pick with dominos Amherst. They took over 2 hours to deliver MY food, and they put ZERO toppings on it. I ordered a steak and cheese pizza but they must have thought I ordered a cheese and steak seasoning pizza because there was less than a monkey’s hair of steak. 2 HOURS to make my food? Don’t pee on my leg and call it rain.

Can’t really say much about the food, I live in a street in Hadley that is less than a quarter of a mile long. The app says my street is not deliverable has been since the app was made. Called because past managers would let me call in orders. Apparently they cared and the new one doesn’t he says that they won’t deliver here, mind you the they will deliver a miles further away than me just not my street. Disappointed in the decline of customer service.

Tried ordering delivery and never received my order. I called to ask about it and was yelled at by the delivery driver…the delivery drivers name was district I’m actually so shocked if there was a miscommunication I’m trying to sort it out over the phone and you’re literally being so rude yelling at me and cut the call also I did not get my tip back extremely hostile I’ve literally worked in service before and I’m patient with drivers there was absolutely no reason to talk to me like that I was kind and trying to understand why the order never delivered I’m actually being so serious if you want pizza get it elsewhere I have ordered here before and had no problems the one day I’m on my period and js wanted something to eat I’m disrespected

Hard to decide if it’s stealing from their own customer or a mistake. I ordered a handmade pan pizza for the cheese, and ended up receiving a normal pizza with almost half the diameter being dry crust. I regret not checking it and trusting them. Never trust this store again.

Placed an order online, ordered sausage and mushroom pasta and got chic with no mushrooms. I tried to call 4 times, last call you could hear the phone pick up and then hung up. Customer service at its best. I started calling at 11pm so they were open for an hr but not once did they answer.
