This is my fourth time in St. Louis, and each time I’ve randomly ordered Chinese food, which has always been quite ordinary. This time, I ordered from this restaurant, and I think it’s the best lo mein I’ve ever had. The large portion of lo mein was generous, and the noodles were very fresh! The General Tso’s chicken was also plentiful and tasted good. If I come to St. Louis again, I will definitely visit this little restaurant again! By the way, the guy at the counter was very friendly and helpful!

You must try the curry shrimp!! When I say it hits different; it does! The fresh crunchy sautéed vegetables in a spicy curry sauce with nice size shrimps and steamed rice.. It delights my tastebuds..

This is my go to spot for rice, Saint Pauls, potstickers, and crab Rangoon. Service is always fast and food is ALWAYS delicious and fresh! I even took my friend who visited from Mississippi here and said it was the best Chinese food he’s had ever! When you call, the guy is pleasant. No rude run-ins. No throwing your change onto the counter. Consistency is everything. Location is perfect. Whenever you are in the mood for some good Chinamen, don’t hesitate!

We traveled into town specifically to try St. Louis–style fried rice, and unfortunately, we left really disappointed. What we got was basically plain rice with a little bit of egg, and the chicken tasted old and stale. For what we paid, it felt incredibly underwhelming especially since we spent over $30 on the order.
The crab rangoons and egg roll were okay, but nothing special or memorable. Overall, it wasn’t worth the trip or the price, and we didn’t even get to try actual St. Louis–style fried rice like we were hoping. Definitely not the experience we expected.

I am a first time customer. The outside looks a little dingy, but don’t let that keep you from trying it. In reading the reviews there are a handful of people that have had issues, but many have had a good experience. I had to do a double-take on the lunch menu prices. They are at pre-pandemic levels. In other words, this place is incredibly reasonable. I had the Kung Pao Chicken lunch to go. It was ready in minutes. The egg roll was crispy and hot. For basically $7+tax, try to find a freshly prepared lunch meal anywhere for that. I will be back. I highly recommend this place.

First time and I’m impressed! I’m simple but tried the chicken teriyaki and it’s fire! I was a little nervous as I never been here before and it’s a stigma that rice in the county isn’t as good as in the city. This place will give them a run for their money! Check this place out for yourself. Shoulda known it was gonna be good by the peace Vess soda!

First time back in STL in about 6 years. I missed the Chinese food, and decided to roll the dice a come here. The customer service was on point, the lady who helped me was really sweet. My food came out fresh and PIPING HOT! Almost burnt my self but the food was that good. Will definitely come again and again, instead of traveling all the way to the city.

Worst Chinese in the city. My rice was hard burned overcooked with black pieces throughout. Eggs were overcooked and horrible tasting. Sweet n sour chicken was mostly all breading and extremely greasy. Do not go here it’s a complete waste of money.
