This is a busy store! Despite that they serve with a smile and good quality of the food. I feel in today’s world we are so in a rush we don’t appreciate that. This establishment is clean, nice windows to enjoy the natural light and the smell of fresh toast. My food was delicious. All the ingredients in my breakfast sandwich tasted fresh! While observing the staff they work as a team and the GM of the store was also helping the team and making sure food and service was getting taking care of! This may just be a great get away corner to enjoy a little bite to eat and a fresh cup of coffee.

Dude, I know it’s a chain but if you go on in the morning when the bagels are right out of the oven they’re awesome. Their lox are dope and they don’t skimp on the portions. Everybody who works there is nice and the service is quick.

I stopped at this Bruegger’s location for two quick breakfast sandwiches. I ordered the western and the honey sriracha sunrise. They had missed our order, asked us what we had, then made it after we waited for 25 minutes. In the end, the bagels were tasty. The service wasn’t great.

These guys are absolute ballers. I was the (unintentionally I promise) jerk customer with a massive catering order first thing in the morning. These guys had probably been up since 4:30 working on it. I didn’t realize when I placed the order the day before what I was asking for. My business is in the customer service industry so I know what it’s like to be under pressure to deliver given tight windows.
They were extremely kind given the situation I put them through and absolutely earned every dollar and more.
Next time I will order it the right way so it’s easier. Thank you guys. My team was thrilled at what you prepared and it was delicious. Sorry again for what I put y’all through!

We came in on the morning of Thanksgiving and the staff was SO NICE, efficient, and welcoming. The food and coffee were great, but the service is what really made it a great experience.

Excellent selection of bagels and cream cheese and fast, friendly and efficient service. Even though staff was crazy busy filling many orders – I did not have to wait long. Always greeted in a friendly manner no matter how busy staff is. The manager here does an amazing job running the shop.
