My workplace ordered a huge order on their website, they forgot my wings and I called and the young man on the phone said they usual don’t deliver but he brought the wings all the way to my workplace and gave me a Brownie! Decided to try this place out but I was sadly disappointed. I got home and I was missing food so I didn’t get my full order. I saw them handling money and then touching food after. The lack of cleanliness and customer service was just sad. We tried to call multiple times and no one picked up so how can I get my order fixed. Horrible service gonna have to go back tomorrow and fix this.

The service however, is awful. Each time I go in, they ask for my name, great. I say Amanda. I even spell it for them, and they still have gotten it wrong three times, and a fourth time, they wrote Mandy instead. My name is Amanda, not Mandy.
I’m sorry, but my name is not hard to spell, and there’s really only one way to spell it …. get it right.
Also, one time, my food was stolen by another customer before I got there, after ordering online, and I was told that they had to remake it. Well, it shouldn’t take 25 extra minutes to make a 6 piece of boneless parm garlic wings. I’m just so far very disappointed in this place….
Get people’s name’s right!! & keep better track of the orders, so they don’t get stolen.

This is now the second time they screwed up our order and the only solution was an ultimatum! I was supposed to get wedges instead of fries and all of the food was cold! Absolutely don’t recommend this place! I’ll go to Popeyes from now on!
