Staff is super friendly, today we came and they were almost closing but they let us order some ice cream. Had the two flavors cup, cheesecake and butter pecan, it was delicious!

The staff wasn’t friendly at all. They didn’t speak when we came in, nor did they address us right away. They were very slow, and they weren’t even busy. It seemed clean inside. There is nothing spectacular about the ice cream or the shake. Besides, it’s overpriced.

Didn’t enjoy the first ice cream I received so I asked for a different flavor. My daughter asked if she should throw the first one away. The Employee stated yes not explaining that we would have to pay for it so we wasted $6 instead of just taking the first selection with us!!!!

Ordered 2 days ahead with just writing on top no major customized they had them in the freezer when I walked in at opening so not sure how fresh it is there. Will get it fully customized next to me needs the fudge layer and more crunchy add and ins and more cookie dough ice cream and less cake.

On a Girls evening out..we popped in right as they were getting ready to close but didn’t realize it till after we walked out. However the girl behind the counter was absolutely great! She made me a special cookie sandwich which she could have said No it’s closing time, but with a smile she complied to my request & it was delicious! Thank You for serving us even though you didn’t have too I appreciate it & will be back in the near future

We came last week and the kids behind the counter were nice, and let us sample a bunch of different flavors we had never tried before. I got the ‘love it’ size of cake batter ice cream with old fashion sprinkles and chocolate chips in a chocolate dipped waffle cone. I couldn’t finish it and had to put it in a bowl, bring it home, and throw it in the freezer!

My wife and I went here to try this location as the one I had been to previously in Carmel was all around amazing. Unfortunately I can’t say the same for the level of food or service offered at this location. My ice cream seemed under portioned and lacked flavor and mix ins. My wife’s sweet little treat didn’t fill her expectations. The fruit advertised as fresh was frozen and not at all what was shown in the picture. Their cheesecake ice cream doesn’t belong in the same sentence as dairy queens. She told me it tasted sour and was so dissatisfied she threw it away before finishing her small. Not to mention she was vocal about the false advertising of fruit at this location and had disposed of them off her treat before we had even paid. There was no monetary compensation or offer to give her another flavor due to both of our obvious dissatisfaction. If you want to try cold stone go to another location.

COOPER! Cooper was working when I went in, I wanted to try the flavor of the month but had questions as I have a peanut and tree nut allergy. he was ver kind, informative and, personable. He shared that he too had a peanut allergy. When it was time for me to get my ice cream made he went into the back and got new scoops and spades, as well as asked if I was getting mix ins so that way he could disinfect the mixing area. truly appreciated the service and the overall experience <3
