Domino’s is a decent pizza spot that satisfies the family. Located in Saint Joseph, MI. I love the deals they have on the pizza, and the wings are good, too.
The food is not bad for the price. You can get a hot pizza for $5.99 and be good for the night.
The service is good. I appreciate how calm the staff are usually when customers are angry or get loud in their demeanor. Staff are hard working and help get food out in a timely manner.
The atmosphere is standard but clean. Since it’s fast food, the atmosphere is to get you in the restaurant and get out. All in all, decent pizza!

*Vegetarian options are usually cheese pizza or salads.
*Pizza is always kid friendly!
*Parking is nice! The free parking lot is shared with other establishments.

Ordered a thin crust large with four ingredients cost $17 when they handed me the box it felt like an empty box I got it home it was cold and greasy. I literally picked it up 10 minutes after I ordered it rushed home to enjoy enjoy a hot delicious pizza probably the worst pizza I’ve ever had in my life. I will not be ordering from them again probably big disappointment. Update against my better judgment I had a coupon for free medium one topping pizza so I ordered thin crusted pepperoni she told me 15 to 20 minutes for pickup I was there in 11 I actually ordered it from outside and I could see that they were not busy I walked in it said my pizza was ready on the screen when she went to get it she said oh it’s still in the oven it’s coming right out I could see my pizza when he open the oven and it looks burnt he left it in there for another three or four minutes when he pulled it out of the oven I was about to say it was burnt which it was I’m like oh well it’s free I wouldn’t feed this garbage to my kids or my dog. Same thing happened as two years ago they handed me the box It felt empty maybe 50 cents in total worth of ingredients no sauce no cheese hardly any pepperoni and it was burnt never again will I eat another pizza from this dump….. Buyer beware…..

I’ve ordered three times from this establishment and two times had to contact dominos through the app for a full refund. Always arrives cold when ordered for delivery. And not lukewarm I’m talking left out overnight cold. They also use very little toppings compared to other stores in the area. People are great food is good tasting. But everything eles makes it one to avoid. Steer clear and if you itching for dominos go to Stevensville. Significantly better.

What a terrible experience at this Domino’s location. The 2 pizzas I ordered were made incorrectly. One was missing toppings and the other pizza had unrequested toppings. I called to get the pizzas remade and was told to bring in the incorrect ones. Odd request, but I assumed they needed proof that they were indeed made incorrectly. I showed them the wrong pizzas and got given the correct ones. The lady then started to carry away the “bad” pizzas, so I asked if they get thrown away. She answered “yes.” I asked if I could then take them home to feed my dog, especially if the pizzas would end in the trash anyway. She tried to back peddle saying an employee could take them home, but who would want to take home a pizza with a bite mark in it? I said how wasteful that is and how I’ve never had an issue get handled like this at any other Domino’s. She just looked at me and threw the pizzas on a cart.
Based on that interaction and horrible experience, it makes more sense to request a refund for screwed up pizzas. You’d at least be able to get money back, reorder the pizza, and keep the messed up ones to feed to a pet or donate to a friend.
So, I received 2 incorrect pizzas, had to drive all the way back to Domino’s to pick up the replacements, didn’t get offered any type of coupon or offered to have an employee come deliver the pizza (nothing that required them to put energy into their mistake, the burden was on me), and then left knowing the incorrect ones were getting pitched. How wasteful and what terrible customer service. I’m beyond disappointed in that experience, and what a rude lady.

Why do you advertise that you are open late (1am) night – which lets be honest when we all want pizza – when you deny any order after 11pm? If you’d just mentioned you’re closed after 10pm – or you simply refuse to deliver after 10pm, you’d make ALL OUR LIVES SO MUCH EASIER! Now with the false advertising, I will do all I can to order from all competitors that honestly display their delivery hours.

Called ahead to check the wait time for carry out and was told 15 minutes. 46 minutes later I get my pizza and it’s under cooked when ordered well done. Even though 16 minutes prior I was told they were pushing it back in to make it well done. I don’t even mind a long wait time if the food comes out right, but I’d love to not wait in the parking lot for an extra half hour for it to be wrong while being lied to.

Gabby or Abby identified herself as the general Manager of the st joe and benton harbor stores. She canceled my sons order because it was a delivery into benton harbor ( too many black people for her) she informed me that that is their normal policy to deny orders made online because and I quote ” we are not coming way back out there” then rudely hung up in my face when I called her to talk to a different manager. Called the benton harbor store for help he another white person told me he would help but was too busy so call corporate which I am . Do not patronize this place blatant racism is at an all time high see what happens when we keep our money from these places.

The wings are disappointing. Doesn’t even amount to any other wings I’ve ever had in my life. The buffalo wings were undercooked and chewy, and the buffalo sauce was drizzled on top, I didn’t ask for wings with sauce drizzled on, I asked for BUFFALO WINGS! Being real stingy with the sauce aye? Got them reordered, more sauce but still not fully done. I’m beyond agitated. This is why I’m about to start drinking tonight. I don’t even give them 1 star. The employee I talked to thought it was funny that I was aggravated about the reorder of wings taking so long and kept being sarcastic about it. Don’t recommend this pizza place. Pizza Hut is way better

There was something wrong with each item in my order. The pizza and sandwich were burnt really bad. Did not get any sauce or icing with the bread/sticks. I called the store right away, and the guy manager stated he would put a credit on my account for replacements. I called to get them, and there were no credits to my account. Will not use this store again.
