Stopped by here on a trip, didn’t get to stay here for very long. In the time we were here the service was fast, the food was corectly made. The place was clean, and dispite being built into the side of a convenient store, was isolated enough. Can’t complain.

All around, poor service. The employee got us a Coke fountain drink. The Coke was spilled ALL over outside of cup. We asked for a replacement cup and the employee looked confused as to why we asked for a replacement cup. The Frosty was given right after payment for the food and we waited 8 minutes for the nuggets and our order to be done. In the mean time, the frosty is melting. We’re finally given our 4 for $4 meals after the nuggets were done cooking. Part of the nuggets order was cold, not fresh. They had apparently been sitting in the bag of food for the 8 minutes. The fries were undercooked, soggy and limp and cold. They too were sitting in the bag of food for the 8 minutes. Before we left, we asked for a replacement Frosty, one that was not melting. You could tell the emoluee didn’t take his job seriously. He mumbled that he was tired. THE absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at a Wendy’s. And this review comes from a former Wendy’s employee (35 years ago).

Good solid fast food experience. No Frills, they got my order right, had it done in a reasonable time. To me 5 stars is something extra special but they did a great job and I stopped here frequently on business travel.

It was quick and the order was right. Fries were cooked right and super hot. I have stopped here many times on my way out of boise to wherever and they always get your order to you quick and usually right.

I am literally only putting one star because you have to . This Wendy’s is terrible’ ! I pulled up to the drive through and wasn’t even sure if it worked. There was no screen, no greeter, not even a sound . I was asked what sauce I wanted with my nuggets yet never received it . I pulled up to the window and the young lady at the window looked at me as though she wasn’t sure what she was doing. She was not very warming. I then tried my food and it tasted like it was sitting there for a good 30 min. I came back and they thought nothing of it . They didn’t apologize and proceeded to say they would make me fresh food. They all then were out of sight . As if they had something to hide . I also watched the manager touch raw product and put it into the frier . I was in disgust

I usually wouldn’t give Wendy’s a five star rating, because it always seems like the fries are cold and burgers aren’t fresh, but last time we went it was great. I also love their frosty!

This is the worst Wendy’s I have ever visited. Seemed to be lacking a manager and staff couldn’t take an order. When the takeout bag was delivered and paid for the meal for two only had on sandwich. Get it together Wendy’s because I normally love you.

We used to get faster service with fewer mistakes here. The teenagers who run the windows gave us the wrong total at the window and then handed us a drink with soda running down the sides. We asked if they could fix the cup and they did, but really?? Where has customer service gone and employees taking pride in what they do?

Negative stars would be more appropriate. Horrendous customer service, and fries that tasted like wet cardboard. Frosty was melted…just bad. They can’t even meet the low expectations that I generally set for a fast food restaurant that’s attached to a gas station.

Stopped by for dinner on way to Boise. Got served dry old nuggets. They were not even edible. I did take them back and got fresh ones, but visibly you could tell they were dried out so why try to serve them to a customer? I only tried one because I thought maybe they’re not as bad as they look- won’t do that again! (Wish I had taken a pic of them)
