We went in on Sunday was helped by Keira who had an attitude from the minute we walked in and I ordered 2 large pizzas with normal sauce then a medium with garlic Parmesan sauce an order of cheese sticks and 5 drinks the total was $93.60 she immediately asked if I wanted my change and I fully understand how tipping works I work in the food industry but we weren’t at a service restaurant and was treated horrible.. there wasn’t many tables to choose from cause they were all dirty we noticed on the receipt that she never put on the garlic Parmesan sauce for the medium pizza we went to the the counter right away she said she would have to check if the pizzas had already been started to see if they could be fixed we were told they already started the pizzas and couldn’t be changed even though Keira had made the mistake not us and when the pizzas came out one of the larges had the garlic Parmesan sauce and the medium had red sauce when Keira bought out the last pizza was again told again they were wrong she said it wasn’t her problem and if I wanted anymore help I’d have to go deal with her manager.. (We were a bigger party but broke down the ordering 3 different ways and didn’t expect to have everything all at once and understood that it was dinner time so knew things might take more time and that some of the tables would be dirty but every table beside the 2 we sat at were dirty as we were leaving someone came to start cleaning them but we were the only ones in there this entire time)..I talked to the manager Adam the only option was to replace them and said they would bring them to our table and that never happened because they were made wrong some of our party didn’t eat as they were waiting on the other pizzas to be brought out then having to go up to the counter and wait for them to come out of the hotbox the remake reciept had just those 2 pizzas at $30.98… I paid $23.39 for the large and $19.07 for the medium the remake had the large $16.99 and the medium $13.99 how is the price so different?? We then didn’t dare eat the pizza cause the way we were treated and the looks they kept giving us as we were leaving

The food was so good! Much better than Pizza Hut Express. The dining room was clean and bright and the service was excellent! Seriously, the employees are all so nice and professional. It’s so refreshing to see people who take pride in their work in this day and age. ❤️ It shows in the quality of food, cleanliness of the dining room and the friendliness of the employees. Will definitely be back!

I went in for a lunch date with my kiddos and it was great! They have games that can be taken to your table and my kids enjoyed playing Uno while waiting for our food. The food was nice and warm and cooked perfectly. My kids have been begging to go back!

Ordered the new Yorker XL pizza from here which is suppose to arrive as 6 big slices and the pizza arrived in 8 which isn’t the biggest deal but when we opened the pizza, it was completely separated looking like each slice was from a different pizza. We also ordered two toppings and only received one and the pizza crust was sopping wet from grease. This seems like a regular occurrence from pizza hut nowadays which is a shame… They need better quality control.

I have actually spent a considerable amount of time with my family at this restaurant. I have always had a positive experience and have been met with great customer service. The management and staff are always helpful and willing to do what they can to make sure your order is correct and the food is great. By the way, get the fries!

Do not order boneless wings here they are so hard i tried to see if i could change it for something else because it was so disgusting and dry it was the worst. It was so hard i broke my retainer
The lady up in the front said that if I wanted to upgrade to something else, I’d have to pay the full price for whatever I got. I didn’t want to upgrade. I just wanted to switch out for something else. That was more tasteful.

Not impressed at all. When I got my pizza, it wasn’t really warm. It tasted like it had sat there for a while and like cardboard. Any other Pizza Hut location has never been like this so I’m very disappointed. Not worth the money I spent for dinner tonight.

They delivered a pizza to me with tangled hair. I also ordered two pizzas, and they only left one at my apartment door. When I called to complain, no one gave me a solution. I had to drive to the store to complain around 12:25 a.m. Terrible service. Never buy from Pizza Hut again.

I went in to get a small personal pizza about an hour before they closed and they were incredibly fast and Kira was the absolute sweetest. the restaurant was very clean and had a nice cozy vibe. they have some games and coloring stuff near the front if you have little ones that need a distraction. overall great experience

Order my pizza about 4pm to be picked up at 6pm. Went to the pickup window. Pizza was not ready yet. Pizza got done about 605 then I had to wait on thy bread sticks another 5 or so min. No big deal. I ordered the deep dish pepperoni lover’s. Got home and it looked nothing like it. Called the store talked to the manager. This is why only the 3 stars. It’s not the first time I have ordered this pizza. He didn’t believe me that this was just a regular pepperoni pizza. So I took pics and told him I’ll see him in a few. And that I want what I paid for. Get back to the store pulled up to the window and one of the workers helped me out. Showed him the pizza and he even said ya that’s not a deep dish pepperoni lover’s.
Mr. Manager I get some people only want to complain for free food. Not all of us are like that. We only want what we paid for. No need for attitude to the customer. It was kinda funny when you looked at the pizza and realized someone messed up and it was not the customer. You wouldn’t even apologize to me for your attitude over the phone.
And the store was not even that busy.
