if you’re trying to stay on the health train, can’t go wrong. everything is as fresh as it gets. it’s great quality. no complaints about their mission,, quality, efficiency. if you’re into what i would call uber-trendy, this is a bingo. a little too yoga pant for me but had a fantastic lunch with my mom. to each their own, and their business is good fresh healthy food. as good as any big city chain comparable . A+ prob will just order them to my place going forward.

I really love Crisp & Green, their salads and smoothies are always delicious, and the staff has never disappointed me. It’s one of my favorite healthy food spots.
However, I hope the management takes cleanliness more seriously, especially during the summer. Eating outside is such a treat after our long months of cold weather, but the outdoor tables are consistently dirty all season. They set the tables out for customers to use, yet they’re rarely cleaned.
The same issue appears inside. The bathroom and dining area floors are often dirty, and it makes me wonder: if the high-traffic areas look like this, what does the kitchen look like? It’s disappointing, because the food itself is great.
I truly hope things improve. A clean restaurant makes customers feel safe and confident about the food they’re eating. I love Crisp & Green, but the lack of cleanliness has made me choose other restaurants lately. I hope to come back when things get better.

I had a disappointing experience. I visited around 8 PM when the store was empty—no line, no other customers. Despite that, the staff member rushed me through my order in an unfriendly manner. I was ordering multiple bowls and trying to manage everything, but she showed no patience or courtesy. On top of that, they charge extra for nearly everything, and the portions of those paid toppings are incredibly small. The prices are way too high for what you get.

Always look forward to a fresh lunch at Crisp and Greens. We have eaten at several locations in the Midwest, but live closest to the Sioux Falls location. The flavors and recipes of the food is spot on and we just love trying new things! However, the location in Sioux Falls needs a lot of help. It does not matter what time of day we visit (peak v non-peak times), our order has been incorrect EVERY time. I ask for it to be corrected and I get one of two responses: “Sorry we are just really busy” or “ You should have told us that when you ordered”. It always seems any mistakes that are made are someone else’s fault. For example, today my husband and I order one wrap and one bowl. We ordered it through the app around 12:35, and I was notified that it would be ready by 1:01pm. So, I arrived at the store to pick up my order at 1:05. Seven people were ahead of me in the online order pickup area. After talking to some of them, many had been waiting 15-30 minutes past their stated pickup time. Many of them had items that had been missed on their order so a couple of them came back in to get the missing item put on the bowl or get their drink that was forgotten. The young woman at the checkout kept getting frustrated with us customers asking about our orders and stated, “it’s just really busy right now” instead of “I’ll check on that for you”. When an order was ready, instead of calling out the name on the order she pushed her way through us and just set it in the pickup shelves. So we all went over to see if it was our order, which could have been eliminated by just calling out a name for the order. There was another young woman that started helping and eventually we all got our orders, but if the Second Lady wouldn’t have come over to help, I’m not sure many of us would have continued to wait for our orders. I finally got my order at 1:32 and my husbands wrap was soggy because it had been sitting in the bag for quite some time and I had had several custom toppings missing from my bowl that I paid extra for. Usually the food makes up for the crappy service, but not this time. This location is not clean. Anytime we have visited, tables are dirty, floor and carpets are sticky or filthy. Bathrooms are out of toilet paper and not clean. I am not sure if it’s management that needs to be retrained as to what is acceptable for a restaurant that is serving fresh, nutritious food, but this location needs several issues remedied. I have stopped at this location many times and every time I tell myself maybe it will be better at my next visit; however today was my last. I have not had any other complaints similar to this with any other location I have eaten at. It is unfortunate because I LOVE eating here, but I guess I will have to save it for when I am on the road traveling.

Everything I’ve had here has been fantastic. The flavors are amazing and bold, and Balanced and complimentary. Every bite is flavor explosion. Salads ingredients are well thought out. Textures are perfect. Love it.

Got sick the last time I ordered 2/9/26. Have ordered here many times always great food. This last time I’ve ended up stuck in the bathroom for a day/day and a half after. Submitted a report through the website with my reciept. Haven’t heard anything back yet though did include my phone number and junk email. I don’t care about getting my money back, but I don’t want anyone else getting sick

I ordered the Bold & Buffalo and it was amazing. Perfect portion size. The Buffalo sauce on the chicken was great and the cauliflower…amazing! Was initially concerned when I got home if I should of paid for extra dressing but by the time I shook up the salad it was the perfect amount! I will definitely be back to try other menu items!! Thank you for a great experience.
