We’ve had several issues with this papa John’s now. A while back I ordered a pizza, waited the allotted 45 minutes (which is absurd as it is) arrive and they still hadn’t started on our pizza at all and didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience. Today we ordered a pizza and put half sausage half pepperoni because since being pregnant i can’t stand sausage and they didn’t put the pepperoni on at all. The food is usually pretty good which seems to differ from some of the reviews here, but the service at this point is getting beyond annoying. No reason that we should have to worry about if orders even gonna be made or if it’s gonna be made right EVERY time we eat here.

We spent almost $60 on food and was extremely disappointed with the poor quality. This location used to be great but its going downhill recently. My pepperoni pizza had zero sauce on it, very little cheese and was cold. Our 2 cheesy breads and other pizza weren’t cut at all and were luke warm at best.

I want to give praise where it is due.. I hope I get this managers name right (MARSHAL) he was tonight’s manager 2-4-26 10:00pm when I called & he goes above and beyond! If Papa John’s sees this review!! Give this man a raise, he has exceptional customer service skills! This review could have went differently given last night’s manager Jeremy. However Marshal saved the day and spoke with the upmost respect and understanding unlike the other individual last night.

The call center, why? This is just weird. Can’t I just place an order with the store? Probably some franchise money saving thing…which leads me to ask, why it’s so pricey?

Pizza was almost completely unedible toppings were fine but crust was extremely watery and undercooked and all the toppings fell off immediately the moment you picked it up not even sauce was left it was like you doused the pizza in water underneath the sink before handing it to the doordash driver

Delivery time is always an hour. Once they outsource my order to DoorDash and it was two hours late, and cold. Twice I’ve gotten raw, doughy pizzas. This time, I ordered light sauce and it was swimming in sauce. Also, they gave me part of someone else’s order. The only reason I’m giving them two stars is because the manager did offer a refund or to remake the pizza.

The so called GM banned me from the store because I asked him to remake my food and the hotline he gave me when we had called was a hot mess line. This so called GM need fired. All I asked was for one simple thing but hey I got my money back at least but these people need shut down. He said we was lying about everything on our order too but online it says differently plus we order the same thing every time.
