Online orders take a back seat when they have a line of customers. My order was sent to be done by 5:50 pm on a Wednesday is the day before Thanksgiving. I got here at 5:50 PM and I’ve been sitting here for 30 minutes waiting for my order. I would suggest here going to order things online. Do not do it at this subway. You’re better off coming in ordering to go. Or eat here. Otherwise their service is great when it comes to in person. I would rather go to Whataburger doing an online order or somewhere else.

I have to give a huge shout-out to the Subway in Smithville, TX. The service here is absolutely exceptional. The employees are genuinely kind and welcoming every single visit. I am not exaggerating when I say they are the most outstanding Subway team I have ever come into contact with. I will gladly drive from Bastrop to Smithville just to avoid the Bastrop Subways—this location is worth every extra mile. On top of that, the restaurant is spotless and super clean.
I also love ordering their party trays because people absolutely love them. They are my go-to for gatherings and events—quick, easy, and always a crowd favorite. All I have to do is call the day before, and they have it ready right on time. Truly an above-and-beyond experience every time!

Used to order a foot-long wrap and that’s what it was but now they take the bread and turn it sideways so in reality it’s a 6 inch rap
In addition when I asked the young lady because I had a coupon, she said I don’t have a foot-long. I have a 6 inch. How is it that they make a rap out of 12 inch bread into a 6 inch but when you put the coupon with it it doesn’t apply because it is a 6 inch
Also, she told me that she worked there for four years and they’ve never had foot-long wraps. Yes they have but she hasn’t been there for years.

Working in Smithville today stopped in here hoping to get a quick bite , seen the locally owned sign figured yep that’s it, went Inside went to the wrong end of the counter was promptly corrected so I went to the correct end one male and two female employees, I stood and watched all three of them making sandwiches one putting meat , he’s putting cheese and the third veggies and bagging it up! Looked like for a mobile.order,.so if your hungry order mobile, otherwise you don’t get to order anything I just left,
