I’m not sure why other reviewers rated so low but I’ve been here more than 4 times (roughly) and I’ve had a great experience every time. I like the Santé Fe wrap (no bacon) and it’s delicious! They stuff it will and it’s filling! I normally don’t spend more than 5 min here (depending on if I get the meal with fries). The staff is friendly, patient, and works quickly. Other than Chick Fil A, this is the only place I eat in the mall.

They gave me eaten on food!!!!! I went to the mall Friday , I ordered the 7.99 special which comes with 6 wings and fries the guy at the counter told me it would be 10 mins so I sat at the food court with my back facing away when I got up to walk towards the counter to pick up my food I seen the guy at the counter picking my food up from the customer counter and placing it on the warmer but before he could fully sit it down he noticed me and said “ I gave your food to the wrong customer but they didn’t leave the counter with it” I said okayy figuring it was left unattended with a customer so it was still safe (cause I trusted his word cause I didn’t think a person would serve food that was given to the wrong customer !!!! That’s ethically wrong , nasty and dangerous) but got my food and thanked him and when I got home I started to eat a wing and realized the wing I had taken a bite from was already eaten from the other side .. so I counted the wings and it was only five wings …which ultimately mean the guy lied and a customer in fact DID walked away with my food and begin eating my food then brought them back because if they didn’t walked away with my food you would’ve seen them eat an entire wing and bite off another wings . I tried calling for two days and can’t get in contact with anyone that can help me! I got someone on the phone that gave me the manager Santosh number but Santosh is the name on my receipt so I think that’s who gave me eaten food from another customers hand. I am so disgusted

My wife and I had ordered a salad and wings. Low and behold when my wife opened up her box it’s was only 4.5 wings in it. The others that was in it that should have been wings was a boneless and the part that you throw away. We went to Andre and his response was he can’t control what the company sends them. Low and behold we was standing there when the young lady

I placed my order of 8 Wing Combo at 4:54pm with Andre.. at 5:15 I was still waiting and decided to check on my order, hu mumbled something that I guess meant keep waiting. At 5:22pm I finally got my order, as he yelled #22 sat my food on the counter. Unfortunately he had no reason to apologize for the long wait, even with 4 people ordering wings after me getting their wings.
After all of this I decided to trash the meal so it matched the service… #stillhungry #GWGyro&Wingssucks

A male employee with spiky hair started to ring me up and was acting very strange like he was on drugs. He said I’d better hope they don’t burn my food, and when I paid in cash, he said that he could tell it had been in my purse for a while. Okay? He also accused me of using a counterfeir $5 bill! Because the two $5 bills looked different… Because they were issued on different years. I honestly don’t know how the food tasted because I asked for my money back. And he yelled after me that he was joking!

I really don’t appreciate being steered, instead of asking me what size fries I want, he says Large fries right? Then have the nerve to charge people $5.50 plus tax and don’t fill up the fries bag. I learned a lesson from this, make sure I pay attention to the tricky, and you should learn how to NOT con customer, not cool. Just lost one… other customers beware!

The wraps are ok. There is only one person that works there and they are SO slow. Ordered a hot sandwich but by the time they gave it to me and finished making the other wraps it was ice cold. Need to hire more staff and get organized.

I ordered the spinach lamb wrap, half of the meat was under cooked, the other over cooked burnt. The grill is turn up to a high temperature when it should be at a medium temperature. No go for me.
