Fantastic service and some of the best birria tacos I’ve ever had.
I was passing through town on business and placed an online order. I didn’t realize there were multiple food truck locations and accidentally ordered from the wrong one. The gentleman at the counter was incredibly kind and immediately told me not to worry, he would take care of it. No hassle, no runaround. Just excellent customer service.
I ordered the 4 count birria tacos, flan, and strawberry tres leches. Everything was outstanding. The tacos were packed with juicy, tender meat and full of flavor. I never thought I would say this, but even the styrofoam to go box had great presentation. You could tell they truly take pride in their food.
If you are anywhere nearby, this place is absolutely worth the stop. I will definitely be back next time I pass through.

Honestly a great spot to eat. They have constant deals on DoorDash and the food is great. The only reason I am giving a 4 star on service and atmosphere is because they do require a little more time than what DoorDash estimates, like 7 minutes extra; and they don’t have much of an atmosphere since it’s a food truck not a restaurant.

Staff was friendly. Here for work and looking for something authentic. Been to a few places and meh :(. The reviews and pictures online drew me to try this. I will be back when back in town. You get your moneys worth and it is delicious. The meat was tender and juicy. Consume was flavorful as well.

Being from out of town and passing through, I asked one of the employees where I was training, where can I get good food, they recommended this place. So I set my GPS and went off. I’ll my GPS say you arrived at your location, I didn’t see a building, so I kept driving for a few blocks, I decided to turn back and behold it was a food truck, got off I ask the person in the food truck, what he recommended he said the birria tacos with cheese. Not being much of a birreria taco fan I said OK. The gentleman at the taco truck was very friendly and gave great customer service.
I got to my hotel room open the box great presentation and great portion, when I took a bite of my taco, wow, all I can say delicious the flavor was just incredible, very unique, next time I am in town I will head back to this place. This place will not disappoint you at all. Thank you for a great food experience .

had the Birria tacos and they were delicious! You get a good portion of food for the price, 2 people can easily eat off of 1 plate. the salsa it comes with was also really good. Ordered a cup of corn and it too was delicious. 10 stars, do recommend will most definitely be back soon. Staff was also friendly and kind.

The birria tacos were EXQUISITE! They were so flavorful and smelled so delicious. Let’s not forget to mention how full of meat and big they were . Plus, the consome was perfect (not too salty nor bland ) . They also serve them with a great portion of Cilantro, Onion, limes, spicy jalapeño (Chile torreado) and delicious salsa (unlike other places) I also ordered some tacos of pastor and quesadilla ; very flavorful as well and the tacos might be a bit on the small side but they will get you full easily lol .
I just moved here . I travel quite a bit from the west to east of the USA and pretty much all of Texas but this is by far the best Birria Tacos I have ate . Plus , they are very fast, friendly, and good price ! I messed up my order and they were so kind to help me adjust it . I will definitely be back (even if I’m hrs away) and tell my coworkers about this place .

These were the BEST birria tacos I have ever had thus far!! I have tried many places around the Midland/Odessa area, but these tacos did it for me! I will definitely be back!! They were BURSTING with flavor, and they were full of meat. The salsa was good also, and it smelled lovely! I had to pull over to park and eat after I bit into one of my tacos. I couldn’t wait until I got home! Lol

12-23-2021: I ordered the birra tacos with cheese, and oh my goodness these are THE BEST Birra Tacos in Odessa. The birra tacos are so fresh and delicious, the taco shells are so thick and the taco stays together and doesn’t fall apart.
The staff is always very friendly, and the birra tacos are made fresh and in a timely manner. I also tried out the oreo churros for dessert, and they tasted amazing as well.
This is a MUST try food truck in Odessa.

We order two burritos one of birria and pastor we receive two big burritos I mean big but as soon as you take a bite you notice right away that the burritos are big but because they are fill with a lot of rice and beans and you can tell that regarding the meat they put inside is just like they take a tea spoon to measure the meats they put inside the burritos is just a big burritos fill with beans and rice actually no meats I will not recommend this food truck at all and the price for each burrito is $16.00 too expensive for just beans and rice please think about it before you go there .
