Nice small pup that serves good food and drinks. They Always have decent specials. Their service is good. Its sometimes busy and only have a couple people handling the tables. But service is always friendly and the girls are great! Older crowd which I like. Some familiar faces and familiar pictures. Being next to the airport there is alot of history. I recommend

It’s a nice location, great food to munch on with your drink, and the airport view is a plus. They have a great karaoke music box, and a pool table to play. I now understand why people love coming here for a nice drink to catch up altogether, and hang out. I would recommend this place if you’re willing to take the trip (if your not local) I also see people bring their dogs along with them to hang out outside (too cute!) — how could I forget the friendly staff?! They’re wonderful too!!
P.S.) This was my view outside. Sorry, to disappoint you, but my food looked too delicious for me to wait to take a before photo, LOL. We had two orders of Mozzarella Sticks, I had Garlic Parm Cheese wings, my guest had Naked wings, we shared French fries, and we each had to drink Whiskey on the rocks.

Great little dive bar. Seems to have a LOT of regulars but the staff was super nice and made us feel at home. I had a burger which was fantastic. The onion rings were top notch and did not fall apart as most do when you bite into them.
Nice, fun atmosphere and I am told they have a fire place (which I did not see from my place at the bar)
And you can’t beat the prices. I can’t wait to go back.

Quirky little bar at the end of an airport runway. Has historical significance, because the WW II Cousair fighter plane was once built across the street.
The WINSOCK has a good selection of beers on tap (at least to my liking). And the ceilings and walls are covered with airplane memorabilia. I’ve had the food on several occasions each time it was great.
Located next door to the WINSOCK INN is the CT AIR AND SPACE MUSEUM ( a must see ); the museum has an actual Cousair in its hanger.

The Windsock is a great dive bar at the edge of the Bridgeport Airport runway. It has Karaoke some nights, it’s a well managed bar with great bartenders and a current jukebox. The food is very limited but this isn’t a place you’re going to be taking a first date to dinner. It’s a bar and a good one at that.
