Saturday, Nov. 1st. Online take-out order. The ordering process was fine; no real issues. I arrived 2 or 3 minutes ahead of the scheduled pickup time and the order was ready. Got it back home (5-minute drive) and the food was just warm, not hot. Some of the worst looking (and tasting) pizza I have had in a long time (and I was not expecting 5 star). Really thin on the toppings and everything tasted so bland; just no real flavor. Sausage, banana peppers and mushrooms. The only thing we could really taste were the peppers. Cheese and sauce had no flavor. All we were looking for was slightly better than average. Nope. Fail.

First time trying Zacks since it became Zacks. It was delicious! The waitress was super nice and understanding. The Boneless wings were amazing and super flavorful! Same with the buffalo chips. I would definitely recommend coming here!

This is by far the worst and laziest pizza I’ve ever seen in my life. It’s the quality of a chef boyardee pizza kit with x4 the price. Employees were SUPER nice tho. Who ever owns this, I need you to know, your restaurant would make a real Italian angry cry with disappointment.

If you’re expecting the Ninja Turtles, just stay home… I don’t like change but they said the Toy Story decor is temporary for Halloween. Also heard the host talking about OMG where’s the raid… besides that, food was amazing as always and great service!

**edit after i ordered a second time** i ordered last week and the pizza and wings were good. Tonight i asked for the pizza well done, and it was great! I ordered the hot honey extra crispy wings and they were not crispy whatsoever. Very soggy. Still tasty though. The prices are very fair. I ordered online (both times) so i cant comment on the service, but the girls at the front desk who helped me were really nice. Great people to welcome guests into the restaurant. I would recommend zacks and definitely will be back

Come in and was told we would have to wait on a table. Waited around 40 minutes for a table to come open. Waitress in the back said we couldn’t sit down and order due to a party coming in that was sitting in the lower part of the restaurant.(No where near our table) Mind you the party hadn’t even all got there yet. Waitress said they wouldn’t be able to handle our order and the parties order in the kitchen. Told us we would have to wait until they cooked the parties food first. Again all of the party hadn’t arrived yet and they wasn’t even able to order yet

This review is based on the pizza alone.
I stopped in with high expectations based on the fact that was an independent and there were a good amount of cars in the parking lot.
I can name at least two pizzas that I can buy Frozen at the grocery store that are better than what was served to me here.

This place is perfect for the family, my little has me going here to get pizza every week. And the honey BBQ boneless wings are to die for. This place is just wonderful.

8/7/25 Flooring strip was unglued and standing up in our booth.
Boneless wings seemed to be out of a bag of Tyson chicken pieces.
Asked about the lasagna. Was told it was not restaurant made, rather precooked and reheated.
Hamburger was overcooked and dry.
We have been trying to eat here for a while but never seemed to catch them open.
We had a large 3 topping pizza, jumbo wings, 1/2 chicken dinner.
Thin crust pizza. Tasty. Topping are cut finely and are used sparingly.
Wings are not jumbo (they are regular sized wings served as drumettes and upper wing portion). They were cooked well and also tasty.
The 1/2:chicken was good tasting and the flavoring is North Carolina liquidy vinegar sauce which is also served on the side.
My wife liked the cole slaw, although I prefer a more mayo based slaw.
The baked beans tasted like canned pork and beans.
Overall a good meal and moderate prices.
