This was by far the worst Subway I’ve ever been to. The food quality was awful — the veggies looked old, the bread tasted stale, and the whole sandwich felt like it had been sitting out all day.
The customer service was even worse. The staff were unbelievably rude, acting like I was bothering them just by ordering. And the cashier? Didn’t say a single word. No greeting, no thank you, nothing. Just complete attitude and zero professionalism.
Terrible experience from start to finish. I’m definitely never coming back.

Two days straight I came to this subway at 8 am, and two times only thing its operator did is opened ONLY ONE door, and only thing he said both days was – “I have not prepared anything in my desk, yet” , by the way all the desk was empty from vegetables and meat. In fast food standards – opening time is the time, when anything is set up and ready to order, but not the time employee just spawned at the location with passive aggressive face and some cheap apologies , apologies which were even not from heart. Looks like employee does not give a… about this job. Find another worker and keep subway standards as other restaurants do.

The man working was rude. The food was terrible. Service was slow. The sub was almost flat. He didn’t put hardly anything on the sub. Every other subway I have gone to is much better. The restroom was so dirty we wouldn’t even use it. If I could give it zero stars I would.

Most horrible subway I come here for the third day in a row at 8 am to buy something to eat, but the worker is very rude and lazy, as a result I can’t buy anything because there is nothing yet. You should fire this worker or close down.

1. There was only one person working at the store. So I stood in line for almost 25 minutes to start ordering.
2. They didn’t have any sign that they don’t accept $50 bill. So after the person avoided accepting the money, I paid by card.
So if you go there be ready for unexpected situation.

I’m only giving this one star because there’s not an option to give zero stars. The server had no idea what was supposed to be on the specialty sandwiches. I had a very difficult time understanding the most basic explanations. It was 2 o’clock in the afternoon and the sweet tea was out and he told me they weren’t going make anymore for the rest of the day. What was there was old tasting and not very sweet. Both bathrooms were blocked off and when I inquired about it, he told me that the women’s bathroom was not functional. I told him I’d be happy to use the men’s bathroom and he told me they would be working by Sunday. This is not a subway I will be visiting.

Has ownership changed recently? I’ve never had an issue until recently. I placed an order online and it was make completely wrong. Took it in to have it remade and in front of me were still making it wrong and I had to correct it again. Now this last order that was done in the store had old onions on it. They taste and smell so bad. The lettuce was brown. Will not be using this location again. Whatever changed, is definitely noticeable.

A mediocre lunch – a sandwich and chips, no matter how you fluff it, but a pretty good sandwich. Courteous service, but not very fast. Not the employees fault, he did above what should be expected of a lone cashier/cook/sandwich maker/customer service rep/janitor. Nothing remarkable about the atmosphere, the dining room is about as basic as it gets. The bathroom is a small single, but was clean and stocked.

This location is a hit or miss. Sometimes the workers are well trained and know what they are doing but there is one or two people who do not know how to do their job and are generally rude. I can’t expect too much because of how little they are paid per hour but at the same time I do expect better service. If they hate working there they should try something different. Other than that, everyone else is sweet especially this one lady on night shift. The food is always good here and they toast my bread just right.

Placed an online order and wasn’t told until arrival that they were out of a meat selection. Made a new meat selection and got 1 and a half sandwiches order made when told they were out of Lettuce. Said we would deal and use Lettuce from home. Get home with the food and find out 1 out of the 3 bacon sandwiches wasn’t even cooked, just raw bacon. 2 out of 3 sandwiches were double meat and they had just as much bacon as the solo non double meat. The whole time the employee was making the sandwiches the MOD and another employee were in the back arguing. When the MOD, a white female stepped up front she exhaled and vape fumes came out of her mouth while being inside the store next to the open food table. The employee who was arguing with the MOD was talking about hours and throwing every other employee under the bus who wasn’t there. Overall just a horrible experience. Will no longer use the app for this location, if using this location at all in the future.
