Before I opened my sub up, it wasn’t even wrapped all the way. The sub had no fillings, only full of onions. Paid extra for cheese but no cheese. Also asked for it to be toasted, just a cold sub is what I got.

It was my first time ordering from here or any Cousins Subs and it was a great experience! The Cashier was very helpful! I ended up ordering a Philly Steak with added tomatoes on the grill with cheese curds. The sub was good but the cheese curds were fantastic! They have the best cheese curds They are similar to the cheese curds I had at a hockey game one time.

Ordered online. Not ready when I picked it up. I ordered a hot sandwich. When they gave it to me it felt cold so I went back in to make sure it was hot.
They reassured me it was. They said “we’re just really god at wrapping”. So I took it home. It was not heated.
I am pregnant and can’t eat cold deli meat.

We walked in and we’re finally greeted 3-4 minutes after standing at the counter. Even an acknowledgment that we were there and they would be a few minutes, would have been better than ignoring us. Finally a female worker, maybe the Manager? Velora, I believe as that was the name on the receipt, came over and took our order. We could tell she did not want to be there. She was so rude to us, and this poor elderly couple behind us who were trying to decide what to order. We sat and waited as we had ordered hot subs and bowls. The whole time we waited, this female worker (maybe the manager) yelled at those poor boys working hard to make our subs. I have never heard anything like this before! It made us so uncomfortable, we ate quickly and left. The boys handled it well and continued to work hard and be polite despite her poor attitude. If she is a manager, this is how you lose employees. Food was good, but the attitude of this lady will prevent us from coming back.

Stopped at this Cousins because we happened to be in the area. Lady who took our order was unpleasant. Subs didn’t have any mayo….or that we could taste. We will avoid next time and stop at the Appleton locations. Much more nicer!

Well to start I placed an order 2 hours before I wanted to pick it up. I was headed to the Northwoods to visit my parents and Cousins is something my mom loves that she can’t get where she lives. So given the fact that this restaurant is almost 2 hours from my house I was on a tight timeline, and did arrive a few minutes late. When I got there I had no idea where curbside pickup was supposed to happen so I parked in front of the store and checked in. A good 10 or 15 minutes passed before I got our food, I assume they made it fresh when I checked in which I appreciate but at the same time I ordered the way I did to save time which did not end up being the case. So 2 hours later I made it to my destination, my parents seemed happy with their food but I was disappointed. I had asked for mayo but got none so it was rather dry, and sadly I didn’t even think to put some mayo on it myself.
