I changed my rating in the service because it honestly depends on who is working. There are some workers here that I feel could do better. However, the ones that mainly take my order are very nice.

There was a patch of hair stuck in my bread, and I’ve tried calling to address it but there was no response. The last time I came here, I had higher hopes but the employees have poor self grooming, animal hair all their clothes, touching the food, I don’t believe I will be back at this location. I’d rather drive the 20 minutes on base, they are way cleaner. To top this off, there is a lady who was making our subs who rolled her eyes at me when I asked if they could be wrapped separately. It’s your job… why the attitude?

Ordered my wife a Meatball Salad on the app and out of all the items they can forget on a salad bowl, they left out the lettuce. Nothing I can do on the app and when I call the store I can never get anyone to answer. How the heck do you forget the most important part of a salad?

Carson, I believe that was his name, was extremely attentive and pleasant to work with. He was patient as I observed the bigger menu. When I go to a restaurant service is as important, if not more so, than the food and Carson made my experience wonderful. I look forward to coming back and seeing him!

“Kaitlyn” is why I will never come back to this location as long as she’s still allowed to work there. Rolling her eyes and ignoring me while I patiently waited for my online order that was sitting on the counter directly behind her, was unacceptable. She found walking to the back and passed my sandwich more important than just asking what I needed.

I didn’t know you can mess up a subway sandwich but poor customer service and snarky employees do. On top of making a sandwich really sloppy. Standing for 5 minutes without even being acknowledged was uncomfortable. We understood there was a drive through order but at least greet or handsignal/mouth you will help in a minute. It was irritating. On top of that. I ordered 2 of the same sandwich and they use the foot long sandwich I mentioned they are separate and I got a haughty “I heard you- we will cut them at the end”. In the same breath they wrapped them together after getting toppings on it. Subtle hints are not received and I am not a brash individual when people are so snarky and rude. I was still nice and everything. It is just who I am but it was very disheartening. We also witnessed an individual handle money and then not wash hands before handling food. I worked at a Subway as a youth- this isn’t an acceptable practice. Not all Subways are created equal.

Have an employee with no “subway” attire on, so can’t tell if they work here or not. Also, that same employee has long hair with no hat or hairnet on. This needs to be addressed.

I normally love coming to this store and have never had an issue. But today my husband and I went in and both girls working were very rude. Glaring and obviously not happy to be there.

Our Sandwiches were dowsed with so much mayonnaise and mustard we had to get a spoon to scrape it off for it to be somewhat eatable. It took 45 minutes to get 3 sandwiches. Please hire a responsible adult to babysit the kids making the food. You’ll end up retaining customers vs. losing them because we won’t back. Too many times we’ve wasted our hard earned cash at this location. Also, the kids are listening to rap with foul language while making the sandwiches. Glad I didn’t have kids with me.
