I came in around 6pm 12/30/25 I believe my sandwich artist’s name was JOE hopefully I got that rite. Over all it was a great experience professional and funny fast at what he does I got 2 footlongs the TurHamKen wonderful looking sandwich and tastes great too. Subway you need more guys like this. Ordered through the app for curbside pick up due to foot injury. Pick up time was 5:05, didn’t have anybody bring my food out so called the restaurant at 5:20, no one picked up the phone. Waited 5 more minutes and went inside with injured foot to ask about my “curbside pick up order” since I saw people that went in while I was waiting were already leaving the restaurant with their food in hand. As soon as I said my curbside order, they pointed at mobile order pick up area and said “it’s right there”. I said “it’s a curbside pick up?” And they still said “yea it’s right there”. I was not happy and came home to find there was a used glove wrapped with my sandwich. Not to add, my sandwich had banana peppers that I did not ask for. Worst experience ever. Will not be coming back. I’ll give 0 star if I can.
11/11/2022 – received a call asking to elaborate what happened. Explained what happened and was asked “why didn’t I just go through the drive thru”. There obviously is a reason why I chose curbside pick up versus drive thru.
Then I was told they had a glitch in the system and didn’t receive my email complaint. I was asked if I took pictures so informed it’s on Google review so if needed, they can view it through Google review. Got asked the question “why did you do that? I told you there was a glitch in the email so didn’t know about it.” OK. HOW DO I KNOW IF THERE WAS A GLITCH AND WHAT DIFFERENCE DOES THAT MAKE??? Then I was told to remove the review. I said no and she sighed saying “well I do the right thing and and don’t post stuff on social media so where can I send the refund?” SO I DID THE WRONG THING BY POSTING A REVIEW?? And her response was “I did not say that.” Well it certainly sounded that way. I told her to forget about the refund and I’ll leave the review up and she hung up on me saying “we don’t need you back at subway”.
WOW. WHAT A GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! The worst ever!!!!!!

We used to love this subway. The service was hit or miss, but the sandwiches were good and the ingredients tasted fresher than the other subways. Today we were the only ones there and we ordered at the drive thru. We waited for about ten minutes and another gal walked in and about 10 minutes later walked out with a sandwich. We sat for another 15ish minutes and still no one showed up. Really disappointing especially when we’ve got a hungry kiddo. :/ That was the last time we order from this subway

I just had the best experience at the Mountain View Subway!! The sandwich guys name was Jack. He was one of the best, most personable people I have ever encountered at literally any establishment!! Absolutely 10/10 for not only his sandwich…but his personality!!

I’ve been to this Subway a few times and it is really hit or miss. I just went there after ordering a pickup order and when my boyfriend went in only then did they start to make them. Took an extra 15 minutes and they took their time while making it, talking and overall really slow. Not the best service for sure…

As i went in and ordered with my girlfriend they acted like they didn’t wanna help then when we asked to order they got my order wrong i asked for the six inch meal deal of the day and they gave me a 12 inch and didn’t give me a drink nor chips we also paid full price for the 12 inch i didn’t ask for and a drink and chips i didn’t get i feel as the store should be turning into something else or took down

Kiosk has been down for weeks. waited in line with two cars ahead of me for 10 minutes before one car moved -finally just drove off. I don’t know how the owner expects the person building sandwiches to remember everything or for the customers to remember everything that was on the board when they their order. They need to fix the kiosk ASAP if they want to stay in business!

I didn’t actually eat anything from here, just came for a drink. There was the bitchiest doordasher I’ve ever came across absolutely berating the ONLY employee working. It was only her 3rd day, there is no reason she should’ve been alone especially on a weekend. Having worked fast food this cashier/employee (hell she was doing it all), absolutely needed help and that wasn’t provided to her. Props to her for being fantastic and staying calm and handling the woman who was extremely upset.
