The staff is the sweetest, kindest, most thoughtful people ever! I have been coming here since 2021. They are now remodeled and better staffed than ever before! They have also changed their refill policy only for “Dine-In.” They are more like a real restaurant experience and have real breakfast food unlike other locations. This place has breakfast foods and all the pastry options and lunch options too. They also carry a Mexican breakfast food option, it’s a breakfast burrito. Can you have oat milk or half and half for those who get their refill. I like the new management not rude, not mean.

I’ve been coming to the Starbucks for a long time, and haven’t had something like this. This is how my Sausage, bacon, and egg burrito was given to me. I know it’s not good to waste food, but how am I supposed to eat this like a burrito? I would’ve been OK to wait a little longer for them to make another one.

I went thru the drive at Starbucks today at 2:43 on February 15,2026 ordered a grande hot Carmel macchiato and tall refresher and valentine cake pop and grande ice coffee and it was water down coffee cause it was week and I want a refund or gift card for my two coffee drinks. Am very disappointed on my order so I don’t recommend this Starbucks! I spend a lot of money too!

I don’t know why Sacramento area Starbucks make the worst matcha drinks. Literally milk with a dash of matcha then want to charge extra for more. The only time I’m pleased with it is when I’m in Nevada or LA.

Lots of clean and decent tables inside and outside. Just need to maintain.

I went to this place two time ask them mocha Frappuccino double shots they give this both time I order I got wrong one and I couldn’t go back ask them to change cos everytime I wait 6 min to to get my order. Maybe they are to busy to give you correct order

Amazing customer service and they filled up your drink all the way when you ask for light ice. My fiancée and I stopped by here after our drive back from Lake Tahoe since she was craving her Gva PF drink. I got my Mango dragonfruit which I asked for light ice. I was expecting the drink to not be filled all the way up because at Starbucks in Los Angeles, they try to match the exact level on their measuring cup when ice is added. But at this Starbucks, the workers filled my drink to the too and I really like that. She also had some small talk with us. There was basically nobody inside and there was many parking spots. They even have outside seating again which is nice to see.

I don’t know when these people will ever get it right, I’m going to start asking for names of who makes my coffee so I can address to regional manager properly. The WHOLE REASON I ask for a VENTI CUP is so I can have EXTRA ICE, that doesn’t mean alter the coffee to milk ratio either, it means make a grande ice shaken espresso and pour it into a venti cup full of ice. See updated photo.
This is what “EXTRA ICE” & a “SPLASH” of milk looks like. This is the ONLY Starbucks location that NEVER makes my drinks correctly, they are different almost every other time. ANY other Starbucks I go to gets my drink correct 90% of the time. I also know the difference when they use regular beans instead of blonde, I myself am a professional barista so I know the difference. I wonder what regular ice looks like if this is what they think EXTRA ICE looks like, hints why I ask for a VENTI cup, people like their iced coffee COLD and SHAKEN, as you can see all the warmer espresso is at the bottom and a gallon of milk on top. I’m going to start taking photos of my drinks every time I come here and I will follow back up with this review to show the inconsistency of my drinks. On another note, Tony works at the window in the mornings and he is the most nicest professional person.

I ordered the Matcha Green Tea Frappuccino and a chocolate chip cookie and the bacon Gruyère egg bites. Staff are friendly and made my drink perfectly! Clean restrooms as well as inside and outside the establishment. For some reason my cell service wasn’t working at all in this area, so I’m glad their WiFi services worked well. Thank you for making my day!
