Believe me when i say Mark is serving Great food! Usually lamb shawarma is dry and I stopped trying to eat it anywhere. Mark, in his little truck, was able to serve wonderful chicken and lamb shawarma. And had the service of a very authentic mediterranean.
My wife and kids all loved it, not a single complaint!
This will be my place every-time i come to Tulsa!
Looking forward for the next time!
First of all, I must say this has been THE best interaction we had with customer care and service. Both Mark and his beautiful wife Debbie are awesome ambassadors of service. We were greeted by the aromas, sweet smiles and immediate recommendations as new clients, then we had a taste of some of his chicken, and it was perfectly seasoned, and super moist…I was already sold! After the tasting, we HAD to start ordering because my stomach was already growling for this food. We had Fry bread by itself, fluffy on the inside with crispy outside and it was not only awesome by itself but also perfect for the most savory hummus, I believe it was a roasted sweet pepper hummus , silky, and savory. It also was great to accompany the taboule, who was also a star on its own, fresh & lightly lemony with a hint of extra virgin olive oil! Next we had the lamb nachos, and after that start I thought: “oh well they are nachos” nope, no sir these are THE nachos, this man does not play with his huge portions, massive amounts of chips, lamb, cheese , lettuce, chopped tomatoes, and onions exploting together, to be honest I had to use a fork to try and get them away from the hubby! Then the mix platter came to play and it was even bigger & better than the pictures I saw. It was composed of the moist chicken we 1st tested, lamb, rice, lettuce, fresh onions, tomatoes, black olives and crumbled feta chunks and a warm pita bread, yes another fight with the hubby to gain possession of the plate, I lost. So I went back to the hummus & taboule with what was left of the fried bread and some Pita. We were gifted some potatoes with peppers, onions & cheese, and a baklava dessert from Mark. We had an incredible experience both me and my husband, and we can not wait to return to sample EVERYTHING in their menu and also cherish the interaction with these two amazing souls.
Go give them a visit, you will definitely enjoy it!
