Order the new fish sandwich for a co-worker. When she went to eat it it was not cooked all the way and the batter was still raw on the inside. Not worth $9. I tried to call and talk to the manager and let them know but no one ever picked up the phone. I was unable to return the sandwich because I am currently at work.
Update: I received a call from the manager (I want to say his name is Danny) later on that afternoon. I was offered a refund for the sandwich. I do greatly appreciate the attempt at making this right. Normally the food is really good so the sandwich not being good was very unusual.

Food is very good the cashier did not notate no onions so I am not mad at the cook but the cashier should have put that on the order. Every single table was gross. The floors also. 2 star because the food is good. Try using soap and water instead of half way wiping with a dry rag. This is very unsanitary.

Drove 30 minutes cause my pregnant wife wanted their cheese fries. Placed my order in the drive through (2 burger, 2 large cheese fries, 2 drinks). Got to the window, they asked my name. Never repeated my order back to me, and I made the mistake of trusting them. Drove the 30 minutes home, only to find 2 chili cheese fries. Mind you I passed several places just as good to get here. First experience with this location, now my last. Put one in porter and I’ll reconsider. F for effort

For this Freddy’s being open only a couple weeks, I had a great experience. Every team member we came in contact with was very nice and attentive. It was very clean and the food was stellar. I got the bacon steak burger with normal fries and my husband got the new mushroom burger. Both of them were fantastic along with my other families meals. Looking for a fast, good burger? – 10/10 recommend.

I am VERY disappointed with my visit today. I came in a little before 4 and it wasn’t busy so I didn’t think it would be an issue. Apparently it was an issue because everything went wrong. My burger was poorly made and looked slapped together and I barely got any fries. I had to come back inside for my sauce which I asked for and was on the ticket. I came back inside and stood by the counter while the employees were messing around instead of seeing me standing there. They then gave me attitude when THEY forgot it. I dropped my sauce in my car and went to go use the bathroom and of course an employee was vaping or smoking in the bathroom. She tried to hide it but I still saw it. Children use these bathrooms and eat at this restaurant. It is super unprofessional at this location and the vaping is just gross on top of that. Do better this is NOT ok.

Horrendous is the word I would use for this restaurant. I just went to this location today and wow has this place met its end. Most unsanitary place I’ve eaten at ever. The tables were disgusting and I usually like to dine in However that was just not happening. The reviews definitely define this place let me tell you. The little white girl making my custard I witnessed her putting her finger by mistake (I assume) in my custard and instead of going to wash her hands she wiped it on her pants… and went back to making it and had the audacity to try to serve it to me. Long story short I threw it away, disgusted. Wash your hands. If you stick your body parts in my food and try to act like it’s not an issue then I don’t even want to know what will happen when my food is remade. Shame.

Kaylen was a superstar the first time we came in which is what prompted us to come back in again
Tonight Nate did a fantastic job as well.
The staff were great. The service was polite and friendly.The food was made to order hot and fresh.

Pretty good food, but the place is always filthy and not maintained. It’s a newer place, but run down, trash all about, greasy everything especially the floor, dirty tables, it’s not very comfortable. I done en want to know what goes on in the back if the front is like this, but I just do drive up mostly. I’ve been to worst places, but it’s just sad that it’s that new.

Was not planning to spend about 25 mins in the DRIVE THRU for ICE CREAM! There was only 1 car ahead of me in the drive thru and no one behind me, it was practically empty but still took forever. If I hadn’t already payed I would’ve drove off.
