Place is very low key, except for a game night ! Hard to find a place to sit during game time and very loud. But 45 mins later about 80% of the people will most likely be gone. Nights that don’t have a game on is very quiet and if you want to play video poker usually there is 2-3 machines always free. The food is ok and good size portions. The parking is a very small lot that is shared with a business next door. During day hours it is difficult to find a place to park.

Jimmy’s is a great neighborhood spot where everyone is welcome. The bartenders are friendly professionals, they have ALL the sports, including NFL Sunday ticket. No matter the time of year and/or one’s sports preferences, they always know what people want to watch, and have cool vibe tunes playing when there’s not a big game on. The food is mostly average bar food, but the specials and homemade soups are legit. The hand battered chicken tenders are one of my guilty pleasures. Also recommend the hummus plate, and 2 for $4 Taco Thursday

Didn’t get a chance to eat but the bartender put on the baseball game I wanted and made awesome drinks. Great place! Even won a little $ on the slots which paid for my tab!

Scott and the crew at Jimmy’s is superb. The service is great. The food is delicious. The atmosphere is ideal for any occasion. Especially hen you want to catch a game with friends on one of their 10+ TVs. Best sports bar in SW Portland by far.
