This place is top tier! I ordered for delivery: they got my order correctly and they brought it super fast. The food is sooo delicious! I ordered pozole and fajitas cielo, tierra, y mar excuse my poor quality camera but they tasted amazing and they were generous with their servings. Totally worth it!

The food was the best part which is obviously why you go to a restaurant. But some side things were definitely weak. This was my first time eating here. 1. When you walk in there is no sign or host stand or anyone that comes up to tell you whether they will seat you or you seat yourself or what. I had to ask someone, it is a seat yourself place. The guy behind our table was alao upset because he waited 10m for service and no one attended him. And there were like 10 service people working and not that many customers. 2. When we sat down it smelled bad like if the table had been wiped down with a dirty rag that has sat wet overnight for at least a week. Not appetizing. 3. The horchata definitely tastes like powder made and not fresh. But other than that all good! Delish food. Big plates. Very filling. We got the red chicken enchiladas & torta deshebrada. And They have menudo everyday not just weekends. Waiters were friendly and effective. Overall 7/10.

This restaurant failed to provide us an updated menu for months so that they can charge whatever they want. We finally got a menu and they charged us more, again. When asked why, they stated that the price for delivery is higher. Doesn’t make sense at all. Ordering lunch for 7 people and being charged about $3 to $4 MORE a persons meal is stupid! They should not expect a tip if you’re including extra charges on each meal. I won’t be ordering from here again. Food is not even that great and they take forever to deliver.

I will start with the bad as it was a big mistake, but the rest of the food was great.
One of the dishes was lengua, which ended up still being cold (frozen). I think if it wasn’t prepped it should have just been brought up that it wasn’t ready, and just not offered (we would have changed the order.
The other two dishes were chilaquiles which were delicious. It was savory with a hint of spice, but the crema tempered it down.
2nd dish was pozole which also had a nice bite (spice level) but was pleasantly delicious overall.
The other dishes that we tried were your standard Mexican fare, but were prepared very well and were delicious as well.

Food has always been great but the waitress in the blue shirt today is terrible. Because of this we won’t be back again!

My Caldo was ok, but my wife had the Gordita’s and they were as hard as hockey pucks….We will avoiod this place at all cost….The service was not very good….My Caldo arrived 15 minutes before my wifes Gordita’s. Furthermore if you work in AMERICA you need to speak ENGLISH!!!!!

It’s crazy. I have been passing through this place a million times going to and from work for years. My co-worker suggested this place. I am glad I have the opportunity to eat at this place. The selection is pretty extensive. I always choose hamburger steak when afforded the opportunity! When I saw all that delicious green chile, I was in heaven! The way they fried these French fries is delicious! If the other fares tastes a great as this, I will be a regular customer more often!

I have been coming to los Jarrones for years. One of my favorites was the Pozole, but these past two times have not been the same. The meat and flavor are just not it anymore. Please bring back the old recipe. 🙁
