My bf and I have been coming here for years! Best pho broth in greater Boston area! We’ve tried plenty other places, but could never beat Saigon’s Pho. This place will always be one of our go-to’s, the food is consistently delicious. Their price has gone up most likely due to inflation, but still fair. Workers are very nice! You may have to wait during peak hours, but it is worth the wait. Street parking is pretty easy to find. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a mom and pop restaurant with some of the best pho!

The Pho is absolutely the best around and it seems everyone feels the same because the place is always packed.
The servers are very friendly and work so hard to make sure your order is just right!
They have comfortable seating that seats about 46 people with cozy warm atmosphere.
Prices are very reasonable with good size portions.
Definitely a place you don’t want to pass up if you are in the mood for authentic Vietnamese food

The food is very good. I’ve only ordered delivery and when I ordered at 530p, it took just over 90min. When I ordered at 330p (because I learned my lesson), it took 70min. If you are very hungry, you may want to keep this in mind. They have an impressively big menu with a lot of variety so would likely satisfy most. I have loved every item so far. Besides the long waits to get the food (probably because of their bustling sit down, take out, and delivery business), only other annoyance is they send less than fresh lettuce with your order. The lettuce were the outer leaves and were tough so we couldn’t eat them.
I would recommend this restaurant and look forward to eating in to avoid the long waits for delivery. I understand they are prioritizing their eat in customers and respect that.

We really enjoyed a delicious hot pho soup in this cozy little viettnames restaurant. In this cold winter days, a tasty hot bowl of soup can give one a new life.
They welcomed us with a warm tea. Unlike some other places I must say, the portion of beef was generously large and more than enough for one person.

Worst experience at a restaurant ever. Avoid this place AT ALL COST.
I entered around 8:05pm. They threw the menu on the table. Then, did not give me water, until they served a later customer. I ordered two items: F5 (catfish) and A3S (spring roll). The catfish item was highlighted in a picture on their menu. Staff DID NOT inform me that the catfish will take long. I have waited for 30min and it is still not served. Then I have decided to leave, which is when they finally served it. The staff tried to fool me by saying “that’s why I told you it will take 20min+” but he did not say this earlier!! I could not take it any more and left the food their for their shame paid the money (that’s what they want I guess). It is already 8:40pm (as indicated on the receipt)!!!!

I came here with 3 of my friends. First, they took a while to even come greet us to take our orders. We didn’t even get water offered to us until we got our soup. They just kept on forgetting about our table and at some points it almost felt deliberate. The part that got me was how the waitress just threw the checkbook on the table on top of food. Then left and didn’t come for 15 minutes! We decided to take the check up to the counter and pay there. Even more, they tried to charge 6$ more for no reason. My friend refused to pay until she saw the number on the receipt. This is sad because we were excited to show our friend a nice Vietnamese spot a couple of us used to like. They unfortunately lost 2 customers and left a sour impression for the friend trying their food for the first time. Shame.

Saigon NV is one of my go-to’s. I have brought multiple friends and family to Saigon. Their food is delicious. The Service can be a bit slow and you may need to go to the counter to check out but it makes sense, they only have a few staff and they are very busy. I have been going here for 8+ years and they keep improving. I have tried over 30+ Vietnamese restaurants around New England and I will always come back to Saigon NV.

Terrible services is most like help your self and if you ask them for something they are very rude
If you are Asian they will actually bring you food and help you first I saw that first hand to us we been there earlier and we already order then the table next to us was dirty and people were leaving they cleaning and new people come and they took there order and brought there food first even we been waiting 15 minutes prior.
Atmosphere terrible is dirty and isn’t clean now I am going to stay away from this place they put us in the back they the counter and they lest the bathroom doors open and bad fault smell. They should clean this place and renovate it is old and not clean, very dirty, and not bright, bathrooms dirty, dirty dishes next to you where you eat they have push car and a bucket that’s looks from old painting bucket.
Overall bad experience, stay away from this place.
