Stopped at this place on the way back from the airport. Never been a fan of Chick-fil-A but the spicy chicken sandwiches are really good. I was a cool atmosphere though. Super chill.

This location is so strange. They don’t allow customizations on the food the CUSTOMER is PAYING for. I once wanted to customize the chicken on the wrap. They said no. Understandable I guess. Went today, wanted my sandwich well done, again they said NO. They have no problem downgrading the chicken quality & raising prices but god forbid you want your chicken extra crispy. Anyway just drive down the street to the other location on Firestone. They have accommodated BOTH those simple request for me. Unfortunately I was merging on the 605 and sadly stopped here. Went to pick up some food and got a #2, and my son was enjoying his food. I called them up, and I spoke to one of the employees, and she said, “Oh no, hold on! They gave me a number to send a picture. I sent the pictures and they saw them. They refunded the money because my son git grossed out. When we supposedly ended the call, the guy, which I assumed was the manager, was talking to the girl I was talking to. He said in the background there’s no way, no way.
Let me tell you, I have no benefit of me pitting a bug on my son’s sandwich!!! We were in the car while he was eating that bug was nicely tosted and very dead. So I just didn’t grab a bug from my window to put it in my son’s sandwich.
Maybe you guys need to make sure you guys clean well and make sure bugs are not there flying close to the food! I know accidents happen, but to hear saying I am a liar, it’s unacceptable. This is not the first time I have purchased from there. This is the first time this has happened. But this will be the last time it will, because not going there no more.

Watched this place being built everyday as I used to pass by going to work in the morning. Today was the first day it opened and you know I had to go there for my lunch. Went in the drive thru. Dyana greeted me and took my order down. I paid with cash and gave my total to Bryan. Bryan gave me my change and I proceeded to pull forward to get my order. Brian B. gave me my order and then told me to have a great day. Dyana, Bryan and Brian B you guys are doing great, don’t stress too much and be relaxed. Keep up the excellent service.

This is the least busy Chick-fil-A, I actually have to place my order at the drive-thru with the intercom there is no staff walking around with the gigantic tablet, compare to the other location on imperial and Lakewood this is a bit further out but I end up saving a lot more time because it’s not busy at all. Employee are friendly and efficient lots of parking, recently it has been really cold so I get my food at the drive-thru and loved it here.

So I’m disappointed. Ordered two 12 nugget meals a #7meal and two yogurts with fruit and granola. W/ drinks.
I got only one fries with my #7
What about the other two? Oh and
That #7 looked terrible (see photo).
Tasted dry, too.
I’m not ordering that #7 combo again.
Oh and there was so much damn ice in the cup I’m surprised there was any space for the soda to fit in there.
Look I have been at this particular location many times. And this is my first disappointed experience. Enough for me to write this. I was order 6478 drive thru. On 10/18/23.

So here’s the story. I was just coming back from LA, After drinking a thirty ounce soda, stuck in traffic for an hour. And I had to go to the bathroom so bad. So I jumped off as soon as I could. When the five turned into the 605 and there was chick fil a…. I ran inside and if it wasn’t for hilda standing there(employee) With code in hand ready to enter it for me. I don’t think I would have made it. I think we’ve all had situations like that on road trips…. Then I get inside and Kylie was so helpful because I had these gift cards and she helped me. What’s a little tricky situation and when out of her way? So kudos to her as well.. I always love coming to any chick fil a, but this one was extra special this time. Thank you ladies for lebon of my heart.

I spoke with a very nice person named Shelly who is part of the management and she addressed my issues and promised to take steps to ensure that these problems are fixed.
Horrible service, they got the order wrong probably because they don’t pay attention or couldn’t care less about customers.
Those commercials on TV are complete lies because these employees are nothing like them.
Called the store no one answers.
The other reviews here are obviously fake too because their yelp reviews are exactly on point.
