Was about 2/3rds through my Sammy when this lovely gem brushed my upper lip. Was it gross? Absolutely it was but not nearly as gross as the appalling customer service and disgusting attitude of the “ manager “ of this location. Not only was I not given any solution to the issue but I was also hung up 3 different times. Until the delivery driver answered the phone and was extremely apologetic and even offered to remake the sandwich and bring my money back. I did forgo the sandwich but gladly took my cash back. I would have liked to take this directly to the owner/operator not due to the hair but due to your “ manager “ having an absolute trash attitude and disrespect towards customers. Unfortunately none of your employees have a contact for you so here we are. Corporate would be one thing but being a franchised store I certainly wouldn’t want or allow this type of behavior from a manager protecting my investment.

This is hands down the WORST jimmy John’s ive ever been to. Literally every time I come here to pick up an online order they charge me for the order, then they don’t have it. So I order in the store because they said if I didnt get a confrimation e-mail its just a pending charge, IT ALREADY CAME OUT OF MY ACCOUNT!!! then they won’t refund you without the e-mail. Thanks jimmy John’s didn’t know like to steal from your customers.

The first time eating here will never go back waste of money overprised, and they give you absolutely nothing in your sandwich paid twelve dollars 41 little piece of meat and cheese, a little bit of lettuce, not worth your time… You guys fooled me once got my money, you will never get it again. i got the Jimmy Joon sub, one little piece of meat folded over here. Hardly any meat on my#16. Very disappointing. There was no meat the last 2.5 inches of the sub and where there was meat, they were pretty much half slices of the turkey. And charge $1.10 for cheese when almost every other sandwich comes with it for the same price… I won’t be eating here anymore.

Very disappointed with my order today. I ordered the Little John #5 with SALAMI, CAPOCOLLO, PROVOLONE, ONION, LETTUCE, TOMATO, OIL & VINEGAR, & OREGANO-BASIL as described on their website. I made a couple modifications of extra cheese, no lettuce, no onion and adding mustard and Avocado spread. The sandwich I got is entirely cheese and tomatoes with oregano. That is quite the rip-off for the extra money I spent on this sandwich. How can you forget the meat???

My experience while ordering through their drive through was purely average. Talked to an unenthisiastic minimum wage employee to order food. I would have appreciated a little more excitement at least to the customers but I don’t judge because I get it.
For food, they are pretty consistent and had absolutely no issue with my extra bacon blt. For a pretty busy morning I was very impressed by their drive through.
Overall, I recommend having some food here for a quick sandwich.

Had a really bad experience with our order last night. It was a $50 + Order and we could barely even eat it. I am extremely disappointed I paid that much for what I received. It was made wrong, arrived soggy, and wasn’t even what we ordered
