Food: good came off oven hot and fresh, even though waited a hot minute
Service: poor waited awhile to pay so did others. The phone was ringing off the hook kind of annoying to be honest, at one point in time some lady came out and unhooked the cord after she kept silencing it few times before hand.
Greeted: yes by a lady boxing up pizzas she said hello to everyone that was coming and told us all same line we will be right with you
Best she could probably do with how busy it was. At first thought she was only one there.
Wait time: inside store about 20 mins, they was busy but only seen one person working but heard other voices yelling inside somewhere after few minutes being there. The lady boxing up food repeated her self multiple times that people were in lobby and needed help.
Drive thru: backed up so went inside I was 4th car. Line didn’t move for probably 5-10 minutes.
Cleanliness: lobby was clean, bathroom clean, outside clean, kitchen area wasn’t the best things were being kicked around on floor.
Wasn’t sure who was who in there, like who the cook was who manager was, who did what in their. After watching and listening,
I realized there was only one active person that I observed that was trying to hold things together to make things smooth out and go faster. Heard a few times some reminders being given and manners being said from the one worker. She always said please or thank you to I’m assuming was the person making the food.
I observed negatively a lot of yelling and curse words being used. By time I got my food two employees brought me it one was vaping as she walked it up to me then stuck it in her mouth. The vape that is. I was kind of shocked when I seen that.
I’m currently staying in town again for work at local hotel over the over pass, I usually order every Friday I’m in town as it’s a ritual. I understand shit happens and people get busy I’m a patient person. But the disrespect and yelling and cussing that was seen and heard by many tonight don’t be Suprised if more complaints come in. Lobby music would be a good idea to distract some of that noise.

This is the worst management staff I e seen so far at the Wapakoneta pizza hut.
I thought under new managers it may be better, I was so wrong. They have completely lost me as a customer… And I will not longer order from here for my work meetings and employee birthdays…We have 5 different pizza companies here in Wapakoneta. Not just pizza hut, Which is a great thing, choices, and pizza will no longer be a choice. Here’s why…
Last week I ordered a taco pizza, wings, bread sticks, cinnamon sticks, a 2 litter of Mt. Dew, and a ranch cup. I got a sausage pizza, diet mountain dew, no ranch cup, for delivery, so bin paid a delivery fee and tip too…
I tried calling, no one would answer the phone. I didn’t eat, and took everything back in the next day. All they were willing to do was make me a new pizza and exchange the 2 litter.
This week. Yesterday, I ordered wings and a stuff crust pizza for delivery. They v switched it from delivery to carry out and didn’t call me. Mind you I paid a delivery fee and tip online already. I called and called, finally after 6 calls they answered.
I advised the guy on the phone, I ordered delivery, you all put it as pick up and I would like to cancel the order for va full refund, mind you this vis an hour later, cause I thought I was getting delivery, I mean that’s what I paid for, and I got no call telling me otherwise. The man on the phone says he was not authorized to cancel my order and give me a full refund. I said I know better, I worked for this companu, to call his boss at home and they will walk him the the prices, because I’m not coming to pick it up after I paid a tip and delivery fee already. I told him if not I would call Taliltha at home, right now, to tell her how her managers are running this place… giving out the wrong food and ripping money off customers…. Which is theft!!!!!! The man put me on hold, then came back and said I cancelled the order, the money should be on your card in 3 to 5 business days. No, it should be on my card and in my account by morning. The transaction was cancelled. No purchase was actually made.
No apologies either. This staff dues not care about their customers, and the night female Asst. Manager is lazy. She refuses to answer the phone, or talk to customers.

Got 2 deep dish pizzas, breadsticks and EIGHT wings. I’ll let the photos do the talking. They also refused to remake any of it. Not worth $40.

Ordered a pan pizza style at the Wapakoneta pizza hut location, instead they made me a thin crust. Which taste completely different than pan not to mention pan cost more. Called and complained about this mistake and the worker on the phone said she would credit my account 20.66 for the inconvenience. Manager called back five minutes later revoking my credit and said I had to prove the pizza was wrong. I gave her my ticket number and asked if I could bring a picture in tomorrow and she told me no that I wasn’t allowed to eat the pizza they made me by mistake. I live twenty minutes away out of the delivery zone and this manager wasn’t even worried about inconveniencing me even more. She refused to fix the mistake of making me the wrong pizza. Expected me to drive all the way back there after they messed up my order instead of crediting my account like they told me they would do in the first place. This was not my mistake and I should not have to waste my gas money even more after I drove all the way there to get a pizza I didn’t even order. The least they could do is give me what I paid for and not revoke the credit on my account they promised me in the beginning. Horrible management here at this Pizza Hut and does not care about their customers at all.

First time being there while visiting friends. Was reluctant after looking at reviews but something must have changed because it was a comfortable, clean place with fast service and great food. The people were friendly and asked several times if there was anything else that could do for us. Will definitely return when we go back up that way.

I go up at least once a month when visiting or picking up the grands. My food is always hot and fresh whenever I do a carry out or a delivery. They have many good deals to offer. And there’s always a friendly person .

Ordered a stuff crust pepperoni pizza and what was delivered was an interesting style I have never seen before- Croissant Style . Seriously thought, called Pizza Hut after seeing the pizza and told them the pizza did not look right and fully cooked – the staff member didn’t seem to care. Do not really recommend.
